But min 888K is little over, though 3 storey and semi D. They are testing the market’s limit.
But if you have the tolerance, better purchase landed on Mainland than little condo box in island.

DST, 250K hard cold cash. But use back existing structure. It will always cheaper to built a new one as old unit, u need to tear them down first.

I m not aware of current latest design.

I went to their office in March 2014, they were offering 788k and some more give 20k discount promotion. Now they simply lift the selling price by 100k, in just 3 months. They just play the number like game and think everyone will follow.
I am living around that area.. notice a lot people buy new landed properties, reno and only come n stay on and off. They spend quite a lot for reno.
I think there is a lot of “hidden” rich guy stay in mainland, probably doing business one.
