Anyone knows why Taman Tanah Aman houses are always very expensive and record breaking ? Years ago, their 2SD launched cost RM700K when others 2SD still in the range of RM450-550K. I cannot figure out why, is it LA, BU, materials, specs, location, hill site, Feng Shui, etc ?
The location is actually very nice. Ultra low density, with nice hill view.
I went to the site before and can have a clear view of Penang bridge, sea, etc..
Furthermore, if you like greenery, you will find the place to be good.
I guess one of the reasons why their price is always more expensive than others is because of the exclusivity & ultra low density. When people are building 100-200 houses per project, they are building 14 units..
Beautiful of 2Mil. Who say if you can’t afford only go mainland? Near future, if you can’t afford, go Kulim or SP.
RM2 mil? That’s cheap! On penang island, that will be at least RM6 mil. If you’re talking about E&O tanjung tokong, that will set you back at least RM 12 mil.
Rich peoples do care about name and feng shui.
The project is nearby with few cemetery..:p
I did consider ths project before, but after knowing the name : Taman Tanah Aman… Translation: Blissful Land, peaceful land??? hmmm…
