oh wow……SOHO….SOHO huh! SOHO?? Why SOHO??? Why build SOHO??? Thought MPPP put a stop on SOHO???? SOHO again????
Because MPPP can earn more with SOHO mah. no?
@GongKia
Maybe they got the permit right before MPPP stop SOHO, or maybe this is just their “plan”, same like Asian Green The Clovers hasn’t got any approval already start selling.
ok, by the way, what’s the difference between SOHO and Office lot, in terms of building spec?
True. MPPP stopped SOHO since last year because if you build SoHO you dont have to build low cost. Hence many developers rather pay the conversion fees from residential to commercial to avoid building for the poor. This idea of SOHO was first started by IDEAL developer. Hence now the state stopped all SOHO projects because they want the developers to build LMC as well.
Y-Storey? Some Better alternatives would be, Westside-Storey, Burlesque-Storey, Broadway-Storey, WestEnd-Storey… All of which would be much better then…. Mr. A: “So, where do you stay on the island…?”, Mr. B: “Oh, I live in a Y-Storey…” , Mr.A: “Why, a Story? Sure, Why not, we have some time to kill…. So tell me how you ended up living in a Why Story….?”
Anyone heard about this project ?
New to the property market in Malaysia, apologies in advance for the silly questions.
Why is SOHO such a bad thing ?
Is there a significant cost difference?
