    I think is because of ppls jealous-lah. The developer is new on this development business(Alma Light Industrial), but the sales is damn good, moreover last time ppls are look down about Alma light industrial project, now that area become booming area, then you can see ppls ” ang bak chew” Hahaha………ha.

    I think it is because of the pre-plan impact and spillover of BATU KAWAN & BANDAR CASSIA future development. They invest their money in Alma (JUSCO & TESCO) area first and getting ready to sell it in the next 3/4 years time. What do you think?
