Not happy that early booking get side by side parking but on smaller units and those booking now given front back carpark even buying bigger more expensive units..

This condo rides on Sunway Wellesey project. Hoping the price will increase same as Sunway properties because it’s at the same area, next to each other. Last time I visit type D got a lot, type C sold out and other still got few units left.

The price sure will go up later but don’t think can par with Sunway project. Sunway provide the green environment and G&G features compare to Jayamas project.

Sunway’s house design (except car porch) and buffet were both nice.

Panel bank, Maybank, Hong Leong & Rhb, all three offered blr-2.4 with MRTA and 3 years lock in period. Without MRTA, blr either -2.3 or -2.35. However, can nego to take minimum years of MRTA…

how is the construction progress? already start? my friend having a unit there, loan approved 1 month ago but the lawyer not yet call for SnP..

Called just now because received a mail from lawyer dated 22 May request for arrangement for S&P signing and they said some people start signing already…don’t know true or not..anybody signed? Any new progress except the land clearing? The empty land seems quite small, enough to fit Teres 23 and Dutamas?

Oh ya..anyone notice the rails at the balcony in the showhouse is horizontal instead of vertical? It makes it easy for children to climb.. I have feedback to them on this matter and hopefully all buyers will do as well so that they will use other type of rails ..preferable the glass type which we see everywhere now..too much cases of children falling to death from high places..scary.

nope…start from july..will clear the rest of the bush land… about 50 ppl already signed S&P.. i have been informed that dutamas residence phase 2 coming soon ! just behind this project!

yes ! we need a lot people to submit this feedback to them … few people submitted cant promise anything !

Signed S&P few days ago. Yup, confirm second project coming soon behind Dutamas…they are building the showhouse now. About the balcony rail…has been told there are only 3 owners complain about that..including me..so means might be all 3 of us here..lol. They said they won’t change the design but will make the rail bend inward to prevent climbing out. Not enough people pressure I think.

Any idea when we can get copy of the S&P? And has the piling started?

Clearing done? Last month I called they said doing pilling. Hmm..either your info too outdated or they not telling the truth. Anyone been to the site recently? Care to post some update photo of the site? Thanks.

Not sure how to post photos here. But looking at it, the cleared site seems to be quite small area. Doubt they actually cleared all before started pilling.

Pilling started but clearing not all completed. Send a photo to admin but was not uploaded so far…
But another showhouse on the way, near completion for Casa Residence I guess. Next to Dutamas showhouse.

Piling started long time ago but till now still working on the ground. Not even a level up.
Not sure but maybe a lot of work to be done?

The place doesnt feel good especially the road entering the site. I find that the condo land is so small. No “duta” feeling. Stll gonna shop around cos this one is out for me

Got the keys. Haven’t inspect thoroughly though. So far so good. Looks nice. Anyone got advice on what need to be check properly? Is the living room toilet smaller than the one in the showroom? Mine is type A.
