Near Padang Tembak there, the site is near a Mamak Shop Called Salam…
Wah, that’s very good location. Can eat Salam everyday (with plenty of other food around), no need to face cemetery, near to 24-hour clinic, near to ching ling school. As for the price, I think for any landed nowadays, that’s about the price you’re looking at on the island.

RM 1,800,000 for a landed property in Penang Island sounds like a great deal! The design of it is quite similar to those houses i saw in Australia..

You’re wrong. It’s a bad deal. The last thing you want to end up with on Penang island is a “STRATA TITLED LANDED PROPERTY”. “Strata titled condo” = ok. “Individual titled landed property” = ok. BUT “Strata titled” + “landed property” = DISASTER. Sommo RM1.8mil, in Air Itam, c’mon, ain’t that a no brainer??…….:)
Rm1.8m in padang tembak is too expensive…location totally not worth 1.8m…No complex nearby totally not worth

heard that this developer reputation not so good after reading buyers’ comment from other projects (eg: central way, maple residence, carnation villa). Feeling hesitate to buy this project even though prefer the design and location.
