Hhmm……very nice. But are they sure about the location of the pool. It looks like the car can almost reverse it’s way into the pool…..:)
Or is it not a swimming pool? Looks more like a car wash pool instead.
Drawing error for car park beside pool…. 😉 This kind of designer, their house design also worry got error.

Perspective issue? Hmmm….well, maybe looking from a positive perspective, the good thing is, if you park your car with the front really close enough to the pool, you can actually do a DIY oil change for your car by standing in the pool. Ain’t that nice?…..:D

Infiniti pool also can’t be stay so close to your car porch. Imagine someone step wrongly on fuel pedal and accerelate your car into pool? Ho Ho….. It’s no longer swimming pool, but car-wash pool…. 😉

if not mistaken, 3 floor (abt 1100 sq feet) each floor? and this will separate out to 3 owners? How to share the car park lot? who want to take the up most lvl wor?
saw the show unit in PISA fair.
actual ground floor is only car park and 2 utility rooms. 1st floor (abt 1100sqft) is for 1st owner, 2nd floor for the other owner. Both owner share the same staircase.

Balik Pulau is the next developing Township. With growing infrastructure and connectivity, the property prices in Balik Pulau will surely increase. So its always good to buy when a township is undergoing a growing spur esp at pioneer stage. Last time landed terrace selling rm300-400k, in 2016 the price has since double rm800k! always good to buy when it has not gotten attention from the mass market. love the fresh air there too!
