what’s the PRO and CONS for this condo project located in the center of Jalan Raja uda and taman cantek?
also oriental max does not have much high rise project, what should we consider looking at this project?

Pros :
(1) There are about 20-30 chinese temples around the area, very convenient if you want to “mui ang kong” and “pai ang kong”.
(2) You can ride a motorbike around the area without helmet, because the police is very scared of offending chinese gangsters
(3) A lot of “neighbourhood illegal 4D outlets”, the pay rate is 25% higher then the legal ones, sommo no need to go there, just call, they will home deliver the tickets.
Cons :
(1) You’d be staying under landing/takeoff route of airforce jet planes – noise & risk
(2) Nightlife is dangerous, there’s a high risk you’re in the line of gunfire
(3) A lot of “internet cafes” that offer online gambling around, bad influence for teenage kids
