Shineville park is the best!!! We are very popular!!! 116000 viewers and counting!
@Advice
I thought SVP is top.. dissappointed…
I think this should be top 5 most viewed project
May be can add others like top 5 most discussed project
Top 5 most expensive project (psqf)
Top 5 most affordable project
Top 5 cheapest project (psqf)
Just my 2cent opinion
Totally agree!!!
WHY SVP not first?? sad ah, i always thought we are the best
It’s always hard to hear the truth.
IO rocks!
@SVP Buyer
SVP is second because i view everyday. It’s so fun to read the critics and comments…haha
I cannot believe why the LMC project is listed on the 2nd!
Because this place is simply funny and entertaining. What is more entertaining when you see SVP goes up on lelong due too many evil incident which is about to happen very soon once those “cheated made to believe to have bought a good bargain property” people moving in.
SHINEVILLE PARK already very popular, Thanks for ur support
@Penny
Now you have to believe. What is more entertaining is All Seasons Park
condo units will not be able to sell. Whatever you say, you like it or not
ASP units are going up for ‘auction’ very soon and some of the owners are
too desperate in search of buyers.
@Like it or Not
I don’t think it can’t be sell. Just the price that is matter.
It takes time to be the first. I am sure SVP will be in top spot in 2014.
Why 2014? Because that is when all the real news of what happened to jiran bina contractor will be felt by those people who moved in. This time, public will know everything.
@X Man
One of the reason could be the price factor but I don’t think the owners
of All Seasons Park are ignorant of the market value and pricing ? Why
some of the owners of SVP are able to sell their units ?
What will be the next possible reason then ? Is SVP having greater value
or desirability ? If not why would people are willing to spend their time and
efforts to bad-mouth SVP ? They have ulterior motive hoping to get some
advantage over SVP with their dirty sales tactics.
As I see it they failed miserably in getting their units sold and for the
meantime they will be back to SVP forum to bad-mouth as usual.
Cheersssss for Shineville!!
@Steve
Thanks for the suggestion. By psf is kind of subjective. We thought of having top commented sites, but the list is likely similar to the most viewed.
what a good memory and fun to read the story posted in Shineville Park! Many of my colleagues and friends get to know property talk thru the SVP forum.
And can add top 5 the worst development. I think admin know which development receive many bad comment and complaint.
All the comments here mean nothing in terms of the final outcome (in terms of built quality, capital appreciation, occupation rate etc) of the projects. So why bother with the rankings? What a joke!
We all know which property will be number one…no other then shineville park!
Recent trends seen on property transactions in Singapore after cooling measures by their gov.
“…..SOME luxury home owners who bought during market highs are selling their places at losses of up to $1.2 million as prices of posh homes take a tumble ………… ”
“……..A 1,679 sq ft unit at Paterson Suites for instance, suffered a loss of about $890,000. It was bought for about $4.5 million in June 2007, but sold at $3.61 million in November last year. This translates to a selling price of $2,150 per sq ft – a new low for the upscale project. …………..”
At the coveted housing district of Sentosa Cove, a 2,820 sq ft unit at The Coast took an even bigger hit of at least $1.2 million, when it was sold for $4.8 million last month. It was bought in January 2011 for $6 million…….. “.
“…..In January last year, the Government imposed a 15 per cent duty on foreigners buying properties, while a 7 per cent duty was slapped on Singaporeans buying a second property. Tougher loan rules were introduced in June…..”
@botakchin
Shineville park will be up for lelong starting from 250k!
@YB Hean
I choose Juru Heights as the top worst taman until now. anyone want to argue or disagree with my statement Or anyone who think there is other worse taman than Juru Heights?
Agree 100%, no residential areas so bad like this
@Value for money
Next in line to match or even win the competition is prestige V!
@Value for money
@Kiat
we prefer to speak based on facts. if u say Juru Heights and Prestige V is severe, please provide the facts and explain why
@Judge
Seeing is believing. Go check it out yourself. It is better then facts.
Make sure you walk around at the right time. Dont seat in your car and look out the window.
Right time would be after working hours around 7-8pm and etc depending on their shifts.
@Judge
Here i copy comment from other blog;
Have u ever seen one residential area faced many issues like Juru Heights :
1. Most of the house is used as a hostel for foreign workers.
2. Every saturday, sunday and public holiday every corner of Juru Heights will filled with the foreigners
3.Surrounding area is a pig and chicken farm – shitty smell and flies
4. Isolated area – too deep area surrounding is farm, forest and light industry
5. Main road is too narrow and the road is end up to this Taman, no connection. Road width is between 16 to 20 feet and the road is not in good condition.
6. No infrastructure and facilities for the convenience of residents
The truth is there, u come on holidays and check it out yourself. U can see too many nuisance arising from the activities of foreign worker dormitory and at the same time are not comfortable with the flies and odor problems from farm nearby. This is the fact that I choose JH as number 1. Are there other areas that worse than this?
Yes i vote Juru Heights in the first place. Juru heights used for residential and foreign worker dormitories. I think the number of foreigners who stay there is more than local people.
1 vote for JH..
I vote for JH on mainland and Shineville park on island as the worst two property in penang!
I vote for Juru Heights aka Jesselton Heights
Local people still more than foreigner’s in juru height.
Juru Heights activity neighborhood is more to dormitory.
