Location is good, but price is high. Look like developer keep pushing up the price of properties in Perai mainland. In mainland, prime location (Raja Uda, Chai Leng Park, BM, Juru) landed properties need min RM500k, for 2 storey and above.
The price close to island.
@KKK I know for sure, raja uda and chai leng park old semi d sold and transacted at 1mil above. Not sure about BM and juru.

I think the price is reasonable. $800k for 3 storey freehold. If you look at condo in island such as shineville park 1600sqf in bad location is selling for $750k.

if in Penang Island, it will price at RM1.5mil and above; but this is in mainland, so, half price with ~RM800k++; still reasonable.

4 main choice in investments:1. Shares 2. Cash /fix deposit earn interest 3. Gold 4. Property
Ask yourself which suits you. Most people will prefer bricks and mortal
3 storey superlink pros and cons in my opinion
1. pros
– nice exterior, good location, real 3 storey fully used (not 2.5 storey like some others).
2. cons
– too expensive, intermediate unit layout design a lot of wastage on spaces, too many bathrooms.
What are the freebies ? If no GnG, then another cons.
I saw the banner already. This has GnG.
Which one is better, this one or Arcaria? seems both are nearby.

If I am not mistaken, Arcaria is not GnG project. And it is almost sold out ady (not sure true or not, fren told me). UDA also plans to develop commercial center with hypermarket on the empty land beside new PIzza Hut/opposite Mydin.
Which property in penang not “almost sold out” or “few unit left”. Standard la.
UDA has Frontage, Arcaria and now Scarlet Villa project going on. Plus signature, bionic and mydin, the area is going to be hot
