If you are at the end of Jln Bukit Kecil 1, you can see the small river (actually looks like big longkang) just outside OV1 fencing wall. The small ‘river’ seems to suddenly end nearby or behind BR. Yes, much closer to OV than BR. Well, should go there during heavy rains to check whether the river overflows and how the water flows ? May not that bad for concern for BR.
Yup looks to me more like lonogkang instead of small river. If not mistaken this river is actually pass by the OV and not flow towards BR direction. Btw, the foundation land on the BR site is higher than the surrounding road/houses, which is good.

I check with developer there’s still limited unit available for both 2 & 2.5 storey. Selling price is > 58xk above for 2.5 storey for those interested to know.

I have visited the site today. They are building some unit close to the guard house but I notice the road in between two row of oppositing house is narrow…so upset to see it. Did I see it correctly?
Normally the road is 30 feet width for gated development
If you buy, no choice d. However, the build up bigger lo. N also the land is higher than exiting old taman houses.
I wonder worth to invest, my friend willing to sell his corner unit for 900k because he want to buy another property in island…..not sure should consider his offer. I went to see the taman, not bad though, many rich family stay there especially opposite BR..

Yesterday go on site to see the progress. The road is not as narrow as I seen last time. At least got 20-25ft I akal.
Just received letter asking to pay second 10% progress bill now. Progress looks good!

This is exactly the problem many genuine buyers are facing nowadays. The moment they criticize the project or developer, there are those buyers, investors, speculators lah will quickly defend the project and developer and hentam that buyer, worry about their investment drop and want to cover-up any issues. So, developers are smiling lo, a lot of faces to continue exploit buyers and deviate lo and no need to improve lo. Buyers criticize buyers, buyers suffers themselves lo.
It’s very funny that people share something good & suddenly got AK47 come out to shoot crazy. PPL have right to complain because they purchase by their own pocket money…. If im not mistaken, it very seldom to see new houses explore gutter outside the building & mostly is build-in or non.
Anyway, please dun suddenly come out to shoot again… Happy New Year to you ALL…
Gutter can b good/bad. Different people have different point of view.
For those own stay, they might think it is good.
For those investment, they are more concern on outlook /quality of the building Coz they are not staying there. They can’t feel the good thing of the gutter.

Though I’m ok with gutter but not prefer as knowing it is not modern, older design and not nice too; the point is still developer has to built according to plan, layout, brochure, model house, show house (if any). Cannot simply give false illustration and impression ma. And buyers have the right to complain and voice out dissatisfaction ma in this forum.
Yes LS, the developer had told me already cancel built the gutter on 2 lot in bukit residence, I just don’t know why Shelly still come here and asking people go to complain like what his do.

Lim, I’m complaint here is share my information and i not receive any email from developer.
I don’t know how you know but at least developer need give buyer confirmation and black n white if they solve the problem.
If developer confirm can uninstall my 2 unit without gutter, why not send back & White? why need you confirm and write in forum? Can you help to ask developer reply my email and state black & white into email? Appreciate you can help.
Lastly, why you unhappy i complaint here? Forum is for ppl share own opinion and comment. why can’t share here after complaint to developer? How you know developer have solve my problem? House owner not receive any confirmation or contact from developer can’t voice up?

I went to see the house again yesterday, it looks 99% as planned to me. The gutter mentioned is at the roof top? As an owner, I don’t feel a thing on it although outdated. I don’t think it jeopardize you if you invest too.

I check with developer limited unit available < 10 units, some facing swimming pool with higher selling price and the rest are typical 3 stry terrace. One curious thing is Tambun Indah does not bother to promote this Bukit Residence even in property fair.

It is not bad but not fully sold out yet. Still about 10% up for grab but the price have increased about 10% since a year plus ago.
Went to see the TSH a few days ago and sneak in one unit. Satisfied with all I see so far. The car porch is not too short to my worry, not a problem to park any car. The road in front is a bit narrow but it seems like a trend of the new gated housing project. It looks grand in size from a distance due to the house height I think

Got the key and inspect the house, really satisfied with all. Surprised to see Johnson Suisse is used in toilet and all the equipment available in the gym. No complaint on the pool size as I am not an Olympic swimmer!
