    Wah, 1 by 1 Pg Island commercial lot become residential units. Started off from Island Plaza, Northam Tower then this one.

    starting from 520k onwards….n NO CARPARK!…..after the 3 yrs GRR 6% period…..good luck to the owner to find ‘waterfish’ to rent for 2-2.5k (without carpark) monthly, to cover for loan installment….LMAO!!!

    Rich parents will buy a place there to get their kids into Peng Hwa. Use the place probably for week days. Convenience. Rental will not be relevant. Children’s education priceless..
