Just visit the site yesterday, the car porch done with concrete imprint (cement with imprint). I have a question, the backyard of the house no fence? jz saw they plant flowers where suppose to build fence.

Hey buyers….developer said finalized on the fence, replaced by tree. I disagreed as this type of plant a lot of bees and need to maintain!!! Anyone disagree pls voice up too

just now called to ask about the TAR road. It is true that they are going to use TAR road for villa indah instead of the interlocking AS PROMISED BEFORE. As they claimed that villa indah is built on hillside thus the interlocking will not be durable and difficult to maintain in a long run. Hence, they will have to use TAR and they do not mind paying more as they said TAR is much more expensive than interlocking. hopefully they are telling the truth.

Hmmm…I raised three main points to developer jz now for replacing fence with plants:
1. Security and privacy
2. Maintainence fees: not all residences have the backyard facing garden. It might come to the situation that not all residences agree to hire ppl to cut/maintain the leaves for the fence. If reach this point, owner have to dig own pocket money to hire ppl maintain the plants.
3. The specific plants they used attract lots of bees and ants.
Developer told that so far I am the only one make noise to this. If you have concern about this fence, pls make noise to developer.
Hmm, i am fine with the plant fencing as i like green!
I also like green, but they can plant the tree outside wall fence…if only plants, animals like cat can easily go in pees and poos…
Tar road almost completed. But I still believe that interlocking pavement is more classy.

Is it mentioned anywhere that it was supposed to be interlocking pavement?
From day1 already intention to dupe, con buyers already starting from 22 X 79 land size ‘wrong advertisement’.
From last saturday observation, there is interlocking pavement at around guard house to nearby house, then all the way is tar road.

They are now starts to fix defects and repaint the houses, and also landscaping. I guess VP very soon.
