Building of a new road from Kampung Sg Batu to Kampung Binjai is in progress. Currently they are relocating the affected residences.

The location shown in the map above is correct. Opposite Prestige Height. The construction already started, looked like about 30-40% completed. Not yet launched because haven’t get the approval. But developer is rich, build first and launch later. Price is about 1 mil (2 months back).
