Is the swimming pool shape same as shown in the brochure? I asked this question because I can see the shape has changed ( actually smaller at the site ) from zan pavilion. Can anyone answer this?

in the S & P, just after page 15, before page 16,…there are 3 pages of attachments.
the 1st page of the attachment is the SITE PLAN,…you will notice the little “bulged” in of the building…then see the 2nd attachment….it is the LEVEL PLAN…..you will see that “Bulged” in is actually staircases…..
have a clear understanding of this 2 attachments…then refer it back to the First attachment SITE PLAN to see where the pool is

Hi, you can view the swimming pool from the google map. The swimming pool design has been changed to smaller one at tower A as compare to the previous brochure.

just visit the mock up unit recently and checked with the staff, she said the swimming pool shape changed. For me, I’m also not happy if there is any changes for the project but I will wait the project completed then only comment, if overall the condo is nice then I might feel ok with those small changes. Btw, I bought for own stay…

Maybe I put very high expectation so when I step in the mock up unit I really feel like the unit much smaller than the show unit, but I can’t confirm it as I didn’t measure it la, just view through and have tat feeling.. Still need to wait until whole project completed then visit again only can comment. Hopefully the overall outcome won’t disappoint us la..

Swimming pool shape changed? Not surprise at all. Typical GSD. U can check their previous project sierra residences. Guard house roof gone, building roof gone, pool deck gone, podium layout changed. From the picture look quite ok. After completed look like low cost flat. Dont trust me? Take picture of the layout at gsd n go to that sierra by yourself(just nearby). Now they open for their show unit. U go 6th floor n compare.

Anything wrong with this sales person Chris? All the while my family is dealing with her & we feel is fine & professional. Or maybe is your demanding is special that she can’t fulfill? Honestly myself feels all gsd staff is very friendly & professional. My father personally meet another sales person who is shouted on sales person without any reason but they all still can serve the customer in very polite way. Just sharing my feelings here.

mock up unit is the actual house unit open for buyer or owner to view, you just go to the sales office and inform them you wish to visit the mock up unit then the staff will bring you into the construction area, due to the project still under construction so the staff will pass you the safety hat to put on. If not mistaken the mock up unit is tower A level 2, it’s a garden unit. so you can see the actual size, height, the material and color of the door, floor, toilet..etc.

may i advise you to PRETEND that you wanted to buy a unit….ask them whether got any unit left…if they suggest a Garden unit…ask for price, completion date etc etc then ask whether can go see the unit….

Thanks. Yea I just realised that they have a mock up unit in one of the units inside the Tower. My friend has visited the unit and according to him, the units looks ok. About the pool design, I will check with them when I view the unit next week.

Yes, just walk in there and tell them you wana visit the mock up unit, then they will ask you total how many person and prepare the safety hat for visitor. The staff will then lead you to the unit.

I had also visited the unit recently and this is what the staff explain to me.
Ceiling height – 10.5 feet
Pool design change – according to the staff, the only change is they add some water features and relocate the kids pool to another side of the pool. asked specifically on the beach pool and according to the staff there will still be a beach pool around.
Quality of the materials – overall I am quite satisfied with the material quality. Rainshower, toilet glass for showering area are provided. Windows frame quality looks ok. The only setback was I feel the main beam inside the house is too low.

i just visited the mockup unit. The only set back is ceiling height. It is only 10 feets and lower than garden ville. Overall quality is ok. I cant imagine how can i renovate with plaster ceiling..faint!

The ceiling height is 10.5m. I can’t really rmb the height for garden ville but if I rmb correctly should be about the same. 10.5 m after plaster ceiling 0.5 u still have 10 feet
The best n most accurate way to find out the ceiling height is to check with the main con of SR, it might be too technical for GSD sales to answer d question.
Just go to d site and look at the big sign board, it displays the main con particulars.
The actual height less than 10 feet, around 9 feet 9 inch.

I just visited GSD office yesterday to request to view the mock up unit. However they had sealed the temporary entrance, unable to enter to their construction site now.
Besides, I also checked with staff about the modification of swimming pool. The rest deck beside Waterfront Gymnasium will be the place to put the Jacuzzi. Swimming pool is smaller after they convert right side of pool to some sort of kid water park features, while still maintaining the kids pool of the left. I am fine with this change, cause the pool is still big enough and I don’t really need such a big pool while the size may still about the same like Garden Ville’s pool. I hope what I heard is true and looking forward the better google map view to see the changes…

Guys lets start Skycube watsapp group. Please give some idea on how we can have verified owner group. This will weed out the haters from the group. We can discuss about how we can cut some cost with the purchases later when we want to do renovation. I did this when I moved in to D’Piazza and did get some discount but we were only 10 owners then.

Not police but property agents. Nowadays without you giving your details to them, they can call you, mentioning your name and even your unit no. It’s either the management office or owners group would have such detailed list. Just my two cents.

Watsapp group is safer. We need to discuss and share lots of information and ideas once we get the key. Some of the issue we need volume to fight . Facebook is ok too. But i just feel Watsapp chatting in much more easier. Either way FB or watsapp we need to make sure only verified owner only in the group. I’m also a member of another “owner group” BMCity and we were fighting for GST waiver. And we managed to get only the owners . Lets meet 1st.
And I can tell you the developers will respond much faster when we have this group for any issues later

I agree with you, We should do that and on the same time if possible, create a group chat. As on the concern for misuse of information, we have no other option but to trust the individual given the task to monitor to ensure only genuine owner is in the group chat, considering the greater benefit that we could get from having a community to for discussion.
I would prefer to start a private Facebook group instead of Whatsapp group, admin must confirm the owner’s genuineness before approve to join (Owners may snap and forward S&P to admin for verification), this may help to protect our privacy i.e. contact number. Members may exchange contact number personally if they feel comfortable. Just my two cents.

As my bro in law house at All Season, their owners created a facebook account, required the owners to provide such info like SNP, unit, name, contact prior added to the group.
Those facebook owners without put their own photo, the admin would kick out from the group.

I would support facebook group suggestion as well. Facebook private group has a better privacy control over Whatsapp as we can view each one profile to avoid phantom owner.

I asked GSD about it, they said it is reserved for Council, it is not belong to Skycube. This has shrunken the inner compound right after the guard house. Anyone has any comment / idea?

Do you now that is very risky to give all the personal detail to the public that we not even trust.
They are the creator/set up originators of a private group of individuals. That will gives them the authority to do what ever needed. Those that are not comfortable with providing those requested, can just don’t join it. It is NOT a must that one must join.

The reason for them to set up information is mainly to gather and share information on our project. The documents ask is to verify to ensure that you are the real owner as they would not hope ppl who are not the owner to be in the group. You need only one page of the snp which state ur name and phone number to that you can be added to the group chat purposes. I personally believe that the information requested is not to sensitive to disclose any of our very personal details. Afterall, its for the good sake of our future hse and to share information. This is just personal view, no offence to anybody.
Why is there two different groups, Whatsapp and Facebook? By having two groups, usually pieces of information will be not in sync in one or the other. Just my two cents.

I would like to make clarification regarding the Skycube Residence group. We are not force owners to join the group and this is not compulsory. If owners found uncomfortable, pls not to do so.
1st, we are not try to get anyone personal info, the cover page only indicated purchaser name and unit no. No I/C and address on the cover page.
2nd, we are here to help and create a private group to allow owners share and raise concerns, issues and etc, this might help owners alert, share and suggest the solutions. As no one voluntary to make a move.
3rd, I will pass this group and FB account to new committees once formed. Let them take control of this group.
For the facebook, owners can share the photos ( good or bad ) about our homeland.
For the whatsapp, we can reach owners easily ( critical or not )
This is the reason we create 2 group.
may i suggest that you place this point (3) and other points in the facebook page so that when owners wanted to joins they will know what to expects…else when you transfer the FB a/c to the committee later as mentioned…some owners may not like it…..
This need to discuss with other owners in future. It depend on majority owners and decide later.
we should appreciate that got volunteer willing to met up and form a group for house owner. If who ever not so comfortable or doubt about their identity may just ignore to join the group. Thanks to Jacky and Senggaran Sb who put effort on it.

I found that some of the SNP did not indicate unit no, due to different solicitor firm. So i request additional page as mentioned above to verify the owner to ensure owner is genuine.
