Like it or not… Bukit Minyak is now the booming area. The location is strategic in between industrial park and BM town. Also easy access to highway.

Just visited the site, the residents will be using the card scanning entering the condo, just like Smart Tag. Yes, no covered carpark yet.
I saw my bank loan already charge me full amount. But letter pun takda, key havent take.. can straight charge 100% loan amount kah?… coz i tot we need to confirm everything and get key then only start our full payment
Anyway, i got call the developer before that and confirm d, no covered car park provided.. and cannot even do our own also(this 1 not really sure)… will wait little further and c la.

The plan already shown and mention is open space car park….Buying house didn’t go thru the details and obviously there is discussion in the begining for this project….car gone lah what else can do…Like those old type condo, setup the tenth like mushroom….
I received letter from WHH Land stated key is ready for collection. So, i called up to their office and i was told key can be collected once the full amount of load released by bank. Oh ya, i called to WHH Land as anonymous for a few times and as a owner once before this, and they told me car park will be shaded. Well, let’s see how it goes.

Ya, sorry for the false inform, im also not sure who the 1 said no have with me last time when i call them..hehe..
i double confirm with them this morning at whh office and they promise to provide the covered car park later…:) at the mean time u also can start ur construction work dah after 1st aug (once u get ur key la)….:)
