Good idea. We could create an FB later though when we are closer to retrieve the keys from developer.

If the road entering the entrance is after the school, won’t it be jam especially morning… Wonder when they ll start planting the plants.. The wall around the Taman looks not as high as anticipated.. Still not able to block noise from highway..

I heard that there is another entering route to be built later. What is the building progress now? have they started to build swimming pool? last time the developer mentioned the expected oc will be obtained in oct 2016

Hi, it is situated at Sungai Dua, Butterworth. Beside highway…it is gated and guarded.
my unit is 20 X 79 feet

Thanks. Is the external drainage, road works in progress? The perimeter boundry fence started works?

Went recently over the weekend and they have started working on the external drainage and flattening the playground area as well…

Why the surrounding pine trees so little and so thin???

I Hv been visiting the sites and they r doing fast progress. However I noticed a strange structure beside or in front of the pool. The pool is much much smaller than expected. They r still building roads and facilities. And yes you can hear the highway…..

My unit is in the middle of row. Any other buyers visited the site? Any comments on swimming pool? From brochure, there were no concrete structure near pool and there were landscaping surrounding the lake.. But now I only see concrete walls surrounding the lake..the concrete structure maybe water pump or filtration? But hideous..Then there were thin pine trees? I personally think the walls near highway should b built higher..n plant big pine trees..
