I went to the site before.There wasn’t considered as township. Just a residence places without any school, medical centre, even a convenience store. The layout of each type of houses were excellent, big and nice. But poor in many facilities. Anyone wants to get a 30min drive for buying some daily use stuff?!

But when I drive inside to the cypress area starting got some smelly,but I wonder inside the house will smell it or not.
Because I am haven’t give booking fees.so have to think twice before place the booking fees

May I know how’s the impact with the smell from nearby poultry? It occurs only during rainy days or it’s all the times? How about hanging clothes outside will it being affected by the chicken smells as well?

ha ha you are funny with hanging clothes question but really good question. Here is the jokes. If you cook any chicken dishes, you don’t have to use a lot of chickens cause there is already extra chicken aroma fr outside to make it kao liow. You don’t have to use product like Maggi Chicken Cubes for the extra flavour also. Joking, joking nia.

Normally has smell after rain but it is still tolerance. Flies now a day is getting lesser compared to 2 years ago because here started developing. This township is peaceful, green and clean.

We are looking at purchasing at Sycamore or Maple, but still have serious reservations about the smell. Is it as bad as they say? When visiting the show units, we could definitely tell there was a bad smell coming from the unit.
