Took a short tour around the ground floor of the building this morning. I have to admit I’m impressed.
The ground floor of the building might impressed you but not everyone. Secondly,
if you were to look around the “surrounding” you will see that this area is Malays
majority with big mosque opposite and Malays school which I am very sure all
the residents will not enrolled their children in this school unless you’re a Malay.

Uncle, agree with you. This is the maiden project from the developer and they did a fantastic job. This condo gives the luxury feel. All of us are savvy enough with our investment and don’t be disturbed with the people who can’t afford but continue to pour the negative comments like mainland.

I never evaluate my purchase. but i feel the recent trend is condominium in relation to landed as more and more younger generation will look for condo instead of landed. Signature and starhill will have the spill over demand from island.

I don’t think can get key early June, there is still minor construction on going. Even if the work is completely done, it takes around 3 to 4 months to obtain the OC. I guess still need to wait.

Mates, I have called up Ms.Zaiton 04-3236593 at the developer office this morning to find out about the OC thing. According to her, the sewerage system is still undergoing corrective procedures, so in view of this the OC may only b ready by July, she explained. Let’s hope for the best.

I called her too this morning. She told me the same, estimate by jul for OC. Stage of completion is 75% already. In fact everything is completed except the sewerage correction work.

Heard of another delay. Dunno what to say. I bought furniture before gst and the company pressure me to move he furniture. Very disappointed.
The developer had issue more than 100 letters to all owners of completing the project in second quarter of 2015. Second quarter completion means before Jun 2015.
