    I went to the Jesselton Hills Buyers’ Appreciation event wearing my favourite red dress.
    Alamak, the table cloth, chairs also red ones, make me like wearing table cloth nia, look like me merged with the table, ha ha ha. Ok, no more red gown.
    Enjoyed the live band performance and magic show. Relax. Thank You Developer. Felt appreciated.

    However, business deal goes on, any cracks, poor quality workmanship, deviations from SNP, showhouse and brochure will not be tolerated also. Show appreciation to buyers support by delivering what are expected from buyers. Thks.

    Went to visit the site after few heavy rain. So far so good the big drainage handle the rain water. They already fully fence up the construction site. So public is not that easy to sneak in to construction site. Main access road has been compacted. Defects also rectified in certain row especially row #1 and row #2 for yellow tile facade units. More trees going to plant in center garden.

    Looks like many ppl SnP master bathroom layout still the original one with one wash basin, same like brochure and show unit, thus feel beh song because current actual physical design does not follow it.
    Some later buyers SnP already changed to the new master bathroom design with two wash basin, so they might thought all SnP for all buyers are the same ones which is not true. This grp probably feel ok.

    Master bathroom layout :
    Actually not only about changed to two basins and door location. More than that. Due to this, even the small partition wall that separate between bath wet area (as in show house) and dry area also removed, no more. Not sure other things, like toilet bowl, any bidet, etc changed or not. So, really feel beh song.
    At this point, my impression (I might be wrong too) is that buyers can’t do much yet as they have not delivered the VP. But, by now and by VP time, it is too late to revert back and I think they know about this loop hole of the law very well. Any advices ? May be we should picket at their office when they have coming CNY event function.
    Also, when the club house will start building ?

    Really?? Change of door location and 2 basins? How you know?? Can go in site and see?

    Join FB lah, then you can see that 2 SNP layout versions, the pictures and can even vote which one layout is in your SNP. No need to go to site lah unless you wanna to witness it.
    Picket suggestion is angry angry talks for now, not crazy yet; during CNY festival spirit, the mood should be happy and prosperous one, picket will spoilt the mood nia and chase away Chai Sen Yeh only, ha ha.

    Units facing the lake is not cheap, feng shui related some more, make sure not near the TNB station. I’m in 2nd row@589k after discount, far away fr guard house, this will give an indication of the diff between garden facing vs 2nd row.     Anyone facing wall crack at behind outside house? Anyone know the reason why the wall can crack and is these affected house structure condition?

    Mostly because of the cement “can not eat” to the brick. Put the crack into defect list, DNP will redo for you. Yours in Lorong 2 facing southern?
