    I understand that the price is RM2.38M onwards. Very attractive package that they are offering..
    I am tempted to buy.. considering BSG units too.

    I saw from the from road side banner that there is a launching on the Semi-D this weekend. I am going to have a look. Apparently it is just next to straits regency. Anyone going?

    you cant see the chopped up hill behind the units. potential landslide waiting to happen.

    How right you are Mr Kang. Just 4 years down the road, your fear becomes a reality. Just glad that there are no human casualties. Pity those who had bought the properties. Wonder if they could get their money back? very doubtful.
