Maybe there is some misunderstanding. The commercial units and condo are different block. Commercial units have total 3 floors and already started for sale (left units indicated on above). While the condo units are only open for registration only.

car park have to round to level 5 means that u have to up and down everyday the parking lot like in shopping mall…….

The selling price almost same with sub sales prices.
Can share what is the causes the prices cant up in that hot area…..

One of the nice condos in Jelutong – spacious (big size), low density, windy, strategic location.

The only drawback is not many facilities, if you have a big family and want to have a peaceful place to stay, then H2O is the one you should look for.

Price still in low side as compare with the new high rise projects in Jelutong (Grace, Alton, etc)
