    Btw is that location next to a tall telecommunication tower cause as I recalled there’s on next to TAR college, n it seems this property is located there.

    Heard that 50% semi D already booked by insiders…. RM3 mil for double storey semi d….. great news for landed property owners in penang….. triple storey terrace should be RM 2 mil now…. hurray….. those who have not bought…. all I can say…. too bad… so sad… go home… eat bread!
