This is what the sales person told me. I don’ think they wish to stay in a condo, they enjoy their kampung life more. But this is the developer’s business to settle. Of course without the kampung beside will be more standard looking.
Unfortunately, from past experiences with developers are that slowness in construction does not translate into better quality. Slowness usually mean developers, contractors cannot solve problems quickly, properly, or financial issue, etc, sigh nia. Then, when near to SnP due date, then only rushing rushing like crazy and still bad quality, sigh nia. So, not kidding and lying to ourselves, though hopeful.
Im not prefer Type B due to the lift location. The lift & Type B unit share the small wall.

Loan approved. Not yet sign SnP. I bought Type B, market price is 490k. But after rebate left 440k. Why i choose this? My company is one of the sub con for this project for fire fighting part, and I know the background of the main con. Honestly, to be completed in 2017 is bullshit, at least beginning of 2018. But the sales person keep telling me is 2017, so we will see.

Signature completed Feb 2015. Prominence to be completed only 2018 ?

I hope so, complete in time is the best. From what I know from my colleague who in charge this project, car park will be fully sprinkler, very good. But each floor will only have smoke detector, no hose reel and fire extinguisher.

I just called them yesterday (Mon) and they told me that they had sent out letters to owners of Tower B. Tower A will receive letter maybe end of this month or early next month. I think one of the owner @ Teh here had received letter from them.

Did u mean end of year 2017. They suppose to handover the condo by year 2017 according to S&P. The sales lady told me the completion will be Apr 2017. I asked her ‘sure or not’. She said YES!

May Chan.. that is my analysis result base on current Prominence construction progress and compared to other such as Skycube Residence even quick progress but completed target is Mar y2017. Prominence still at base stage. Signature condo also just O/C.

Anyone worried about our current economy and currency downfall? I worry Msia economy will collapse in short period of time. Is having a property will be much secure with facing a collapse economy? At least you got something in your hand if you cant get any money out from bank. Anyone can advise?
SS: Yes, you can. All they need is your S&P, bank offer letter and Deed of assignment. The staff never told me about how many % bank release to developer and etc, so it should NOT matter.
when an economy collaspe, property prices will be the first to collapse along. currency freefalling however will spur inflation.
If you are referring to Malaysia, I take the view that fundamentally it is still okay. TO buy a property today, one will need to know that an action bank negara can take today to support the currency is to increase interest rate

Just received the letter today. Once your bank releases the payment, you need to service the interest already.

Just visited the site. Car park floors are already completed. Had spoken with the contractor. He said they are using prefabricated modular. This modular is faster than the traditional ones. One week can complete one floor. According to him, the project can be completed by next year.

Later dont rush for completetion by next year end up quality issue will be anothers bad new for buyer..

One week per floor ah, siau, most importantly are the strength and safety, quality is secondary side issue.
1 week 1 floor this normal. I saw a few condo in Island 1 week per floor.
This prefab construction is not new in the market but consider still new and unheard of in Malaysia. Other western & asian (for example S’pore) countries have been using this technology. It is faster and finishing (the wall) is better than the traditional one. You can search google and get more info about this technology.
There are few projects are doing this, prefab slab. Very fast construction, just like jig-saw puzzle. One of the landed projects in SP had using this method but got complaints that the joints always crack, even after plastered. I think PWC (Penang WorldCity) project is also currently using this method, very fast already so high up…
I saw some duo just comment without supported by knowledge, n without effort of goggling on the thing they don know. “Pass by” loitering so free also don want to take up the effort to learn just like rotten “apple”. Keep throwing negative comment just to stir?

I saw some ppl quickly defending the construction without even bother to concern and verify on oth ppl comments whether true and valid or not. They don’t even want to understand why oth ppl is worry and react with comment. These Oth ppl may be their future neighbours too or their future customers.
These ppl must be either too free also or too worry any chances these comments might be true, so better see no evil, hear no evil. Very fishy and WhatFor read everything as negative comment.

That was what the Contractor told me. But we don’t know the 7th floor was started from which month….. maybe they just started this month?

The building currently is using system formwork to construct the structural of the building, starting from the typical floor, eg.: Level 7 onwards.
Normally if the contractor is familiar with the system formwork, 1 week/7 days for one floor is possible. If not, it may required 9-10 days to complete for one floor.
Can foresee that the structural part will be slow down once it reach the sky bridge level.
Progress update: Blk B on 9th flr, Blk A on 8th flr.

Can anyone confirm this. Is the balcony guarding is fully glasses or just steel guarding? I remember for the show unit, the guarding is full glass and they confirm this is the actual that going to build. Went to on site today and saw that they just install the steel guarding. It make the external look not so good if compare to glass guarding.

It seems that this developer has a bunch of inexperience so called architects!. We buyers are cheated by this untrustworthy developer. Just keep our fingers crossed that there won’t be any downgrading changes in the coming months.
they launch this project just before 2013 merdeka at QBM. That time, it was the Signature competitor. After that, 2013 merdeka, 2014, 2015, 2016 merdeka all already over, but still in construction lah. Sian nia. The Signature already stayed, flipped, rented already.
If they cut cost, then, I bet it won’t be just the balcony area, surely they are more than that, we have not found out. Sian nia again.
