you can go to their site office to have a look, they open everyday from 9-6pm. I bought from agents but the sales person from bionic always so helpful to answer my question when i call to their office, prefer buy from sales.

Today newspaper reported sales 10mil wo. Wah, if a unit avg 500K, means 20 units sold in that 4 days event lo. Wah, then each day sold avg 5 units lo. Wah, each day event open about 10hours, so avg 1 unit sold in every 2hr time lo. So, balance units should be 80 minus 20, then should left about 60 units lo. He, he, I think it must be Yumi factor for such good sales.

The unit that I booked actually was released by the previous buyer due to loan rejected. There r still units (type A & D) left on lvl 7 n upper flr. They hv a promotion of rebate 8% + 2% n free gifts (eg. kitchen cabinet, hood n hob, fridge , 4 air-conds, washing m/c n tv. Now waiting for my loan to b approved. By the way hv u own any unit there?

Prominence Video
Anyone know the expected date of completion. Last time the salesman told us is about early 2017, is it still the same. Since there is delay of construction, I presume the expected completion will be late as well.
S&P is stamped on earlier of 2014, Hence I believe they will rush for the completion date on earlier 2017. Else they have to pay the compensation to buyer.
Builtech is a reliable contractor and used to have good track of record complete the project on time. It should be no concern for them to meet the timeline.

In Sep 2013, Signature when started booking already 12th floors but Prominence when started booking in Aug 2013 was ground zero.
Fast forward to Jan 2015, Signature already completed 27 floors and OC soon but Prominence still ground zero, still pilling.
And some buyers still think slow is good, happy and hope for late delivery compensation from developer. Wah, really buyers boleh !, Prominence boleh !

why is it not fair? if Signature is constructed with good quality eg: painting and other materials used, i don see any big differ, unless otherwise. it’s only 2-3yrs, not 20-30yrs..
Just get to know that the developer use the small piling instead of big piling that normally used for high building. I have no knowledge about this, but one of my friend who work in construction industry said that it might not suitable for using small piling with this height condo. Any comment?
ps: if you are developer, please explain the reason why you are using the different.

Ok, when you pay the 5k is for booking right, when you manage to sign SnP you have to pay at least 10% of downpayment. Since Prominence has 8% rebate on downpayment, which mean you can pay lesser on downpayment. Let say you have to pay RM11k as downpayment, you just need to add on 6k as you already paid 5k for booking fees.

Yes they will refund. Since the 5k bookimg fees is added into your 10% downoayment.l, they will refund you your full downpayment on stage two. I don’t know when is it but they will refund.

Seriously, the construction progress is extreme slow. All existing buyers know that. My advice is do not only look at facilities and outlook the building. Whatever shown now is only the drawing but drawing is just a drawing unless materialize it. Most importantly, if the developer able to complete the project on time!

I do some survey on their ground, the shop lots is in progress, the condo is in piling process and everything seems in good move. I asked the sales person is that many complaints about the slow progress, he says yes and he’s telling the truth. Maybe if I place order in 2013 I will be complaining but if i place now, should be no problem. They say the completion time will be mid – end of 2017 and it is reasonable from their progress right now. I will place my order soon.

Ya i like the sky bridge concept as well, but all of this is just illustration from artist design. Main concern for me is the location and price. Special package only available for Type A unit, kitchen cabinet, and some electrical household. Others unit is like average benefits that you can get from other developer.

Depends on which area you used to live, I spend 27 years live in Butterworth, and the location is quite strategic to me. In front of of the condo is roundabout that can excess to anywhere in mainland. left to Juru/Auto City, straight to Perai/Butterworth/Island, right to Permatang Pauh/Sg Dua, and going back to BM town/Alma/Song Bang Kheng. Quite a lot of projects will happen in Jalan Baru and Perda area, BM city mall, sunway welllesley, Mydin mall, New shopping mall by Belleview, and bunch of condos. New flyover to Jalan Betik/Song Bang Kheng and hopefully Perda City Mall can gain back it’s glory.
Regarding the progress, hopefully is as smooth as what the sales person told me, I visited the site today, the construction is in good speed. The sales person told me that one issue to caused them slow is because of small kampung beside, when they start piling, the houses’ wall crack so the penduduk complaint. Bionic try to solve this problem either persuade the penduduk or buy the land and give them a unit of condo. Wow.

Tower A or Tower B better?
I noticed that there is a low cost building nearby, if want to avoid the LC then which tower is the best?
Have to admit the progress is slow, but I’ve heard of another project that is super fast (almost complete in less than two years) and yet ppl complain as well it’s too fast and worried about the material used or whether the building is secure. So, I guess “stay on track” would be best. :)…I too hope that they can complete on time, or, at least just 3-4 months delay, that’s still ok. Any further delay still we can’t do anything but wait (since I already bought earlier on :(…). Ppl have been comparing the “progress” of this project with other projects, but I think what i’m more interested to look at is the end product (hopefully the condo will look like what has been illustrated). I like the skybridge, the facilities, the pool area, basically I look the whole condo, I think it definitely gonna look awesome when the condo is up, high end type of condo in BM.
Location is ok, near to bridge just 5-8mins away. But if jam, then too bad. I heard the area is quite jam before-after working hours around the roundabout… I dont really know how bad it is!…
The unit layout? Other than type D, the others type is just “hhmm” for me (too bad im not owner of type D)…but I made my choice so I don’t regret it..
Well, just hope the progress picks up its pace, and ah, the real condo looks like those illustrated images…:)…~PeaCe~…

I worried about the jam at Jalan Baru as well, but if no jam we are damn convenient man. My unit is type B, just the second toilet layout is a bit weird which facing dining area, I will switch the toilet door another side which near to kitchen, which is more in sense. LOL
Construction speed i hope not too fast but not too slow, as you said stay on track will do, while in Chinese we say 慢工出细活. Most of the Tambun Indah and Airmas projects have wall cracking due to fast construction.
The toilet layout is a not weird but only smart layout design by our graduates
from “Boleh” universities using smart phones with endless possibilities.

This is what the sales person told me la, i don’t think they want to live in a condo although higher class with facilities. They enjoy their kampung life. So leave it to the developer to settle. Surely will looks more standard if that area without kampung, maybe we can have a bigger road.
I’m not prefer Type B due to the lift location. Type B unit sharing the same wall with lift.
So many neighbours here, glad to know you all. But i hope there are not many buyers who buy for speculate, I wish rather most of the Prominence buyer is buying for staying purpose. But GE Tan can manage condo very well, collecting maintenance fee on time will be no problem I think.
