    Some said expatriates only prefer Tg. Tokong and Tg. Bungah areas. Even
    locations around Queensbay and B.Baru not included but suddenly this area
    not targeted at Malaysian customers. Who then ?

    Hm… I think the developer might struggle to sell it now due to so much restriction for foreign buyer. Anyone buy it? Still how many units left huh?

    Ya, good question. Really wonder about developer concept and their target customer for this residential. hm… no idea what actually they try to bring in, mini Japan neighbourhood at this area?
    They are selling more than market value tho…

    Pretty Project name but too expensive.
    I Can’t Afford Too.
    Even Foreigners might have doubt when buying. How many people have Million Cash to pay !

    Foreigner only can buy landed in Penang island with the price of 2M above in accordance with government housing rule.

    Hm…… still empty after quite sometimes, moreover the front elevation design looks bad for me as too many windows.
    …… not a good area to buy tho.

    It’s ‘failure project’ as so many units left although OC obtained several yrs back. More than half unsold.

    Location failed, design failed, price failed. Frontage have one temple somemore at residential block.
    Developer still have unsold units.
