Foreigner only can buy landed in Penang island with the price of 2M above in accordance with government housing rule.
I checked, three units left…quite surprising though
curious, i passed by, no one stay there yet.
House itself look nice to me.

Hm…… still empty after quite sometimes, moreover the front elevation design looks bad for me as too many windows.
