oh, sit in the compound of 2 blocks of condominium? I would not prefer to pay 1,5m & share compound together with other 400+ units of RM500k apartments. Rather choose “real” gated & guarded landed projects. Setia’s project is just nearby.

Got the GSD Newsletter in mailbox yesterday mentioned about the project with early-bird discount + free legal fees on SPA & Loan Agreement. Call them up just a minute ago & told me that the cheapest unit is at RM1.2mil. Anybody can share the reputation of this developer?? Seems like they are embarking on damn-a-lot of projects since last year. Dunno if they could repeat the disaster like Penas Group did more than 1`5 years ago?!

1.5mil for 3-storey terrace is absolutely over-priced.
1.5mil can get 3-storey semi-d at Sunway Merica
1.5mil can get 3-storey terrace corner at Southbay Residence
If compare apple to apple, aka 3-storey terrace
Setia Green completed asking price at 1.2mil or Sunway Cassia new launch at 1.08mil is a better buy!!
For now, people may think 1.5 mil overprice, 1 year later, when people accept and get use this price, people may think 1.5 mil is normal price for terrace again. When developer come put with new launch price 1.8mil 1 year later for terrace…. people will start complaining that is overprice. So is just about taking time for people to accept the new pricing………
900K for terrace is crazy price back in two years ago but how about now????????

Maintenance fixed at RM400 per month but still not worth it……strata title…..so close to condo….so many walking in front of your house…..you would not like that

Maintenance is 300. Hv u visit Alila or Scotland villa before ? then u know is worth buy. I cant afford this terrace cos i hold too many properties already. Do u think which monkey so free everyday go & walk around ppl house after work or weekend nothing to do? hahahaha definitely is not me because i have one unit at GV & no free time to walk around.
still have almost 5 units left… starting 1.1mil… no DIBS….
really hope that there is still good unit left for this project… its indeed a good project now..
