Yesterday went to their road show in Gurney Plaza,according to the sale person,this project is not launch yet,not even hv the floor plan yet.they will call us when they launch.
For this Seri Permai project, please do some survey on the developer. I heard the developer is bad, drag the previous project…. ++….
Looking at the layout plan, the 2 ST dinner area is quite narrow.

I will rather get a unit of 2ST of BMU Phase 4 after visited the show houses. Hopefully the workmanship is as good as what is shown in the show houses…

The developer sucks in terms of quality. Its track record is bad for buyers to make any sub-sale profits in all the previous projects. You buy, you lose!
most of their past projects get a lot of complaints from buyers in terms of quality of material and development planning. Can check in online. As we know their past record, please do more research and do more site visit before buy.

It is in between shell and BMU. Just small piece of land. Around 60 odds SDT and it is not G&G

Think twice before u buy from Tambun Indah, please give it a thought of your life. You money will get burned and the taman will be a ghost town.

Hi, the entrance point after the bridge is a bit lower so wonder if the road will be flooded? The project land is higher and should be ok but just worry about the entrance along the jln permai. Anyway understand from SA that there will be an alternative road connected to BMU. So, anyone can confirm?

The original enterence is suck n hope that tambun indah can rebuilt the bridge.

In my opinion, due to Budget2014, bank tighten rules and economic situation, developer will still launch projects but with better specs, features and corrected price, closer to real market value due to less demands. Subsale markets will also follow the trend. So, new buyers will have more time to think and compare without worry all good units are snapped-up by others. Of course, this is more exciting to potential buyers lah.
For those already bought many properties and waiting to dispose, or speculators, then it’s the opposite lah, un-interesting and beh song lah.

Last time at SA TI sales office, they showed me the layout plan that every units were booked, sold off and when I asked the sales man, they said yes, due to good pricing ma. I was disbelief at that time and now prove that my disbelief is right.

Recently I found the Permai Residence having a lots of hacking for the completed structure, especially the ground floor slab? Is it facing a settlement problem?
Buyers who brought this property shall be more careful, settlement occur will non stop furthermore the underground services. Why the developer design such non-suspended structure in the swap area?

I think they confuse with ZuWen project with this TI project..lol..
ZuWen project is one class lower than Permai Residence la..

I went to the site and the surrounding. Saw a lot of houses from phase 1″for sale”; mostly by 2 sets of phone numbers- each number on at least 4-5 houses.
Can someone share some insights on why so many on sales; yet phase 2 plus condo are building…thanks!!
Double check with developer, facing settlement one is Zuwen Bina project……luckily I bought from Tambun and not Zuwen finally.

Confirmed than sinking at car porch area for Zumen Bina project.
BMU phase 1 DST lorong 16 has same problem as well.
Tambun indah project is just beside them and it cannot escape from this unless they do proper piling.
