    The more you complaint, the more safety precaution steps to be done/complied by Setia, which MPPP will force Setia to do more to keep the voice down, which eventually will increase the price of SS8 eventually. The project will never be cancelled, it involves too much loss in profit.

    Better planned township & sky-rocketing price..isn’t that every residents and investor want?

    My 2 cents…penang style sub prime is coming soon if the state govt did not control the type of property launch…good luck to the all…those cash in well done!

    I spent half an hour to read through all the comments. I thought this is Setia Sky 8 thread but it turns out to be more like Traffic Condition in Sg Ara thread. -.-”’

    Why cant let those interested ppl to in the project to discuss and share info? This happened in most of the thread here. I especially sick to see those pple come and bombard and sabotage so hard. For what? To show that you know the area very well n u have lots of super fantabulous ideas and there’s nothing you can do but bad mouth on ppl/developer?

    Please be more rational and discuss something more related or constructive.

    I come to this thread because Im interested to know more about the project be it good or bad, and not I come to this thread because I dont like the project. But I’m not sure if everyone doing the same. :(((

    I dont think all people (there are some …) here are sabotaging or trying to bad mouth developer. If u ask me, developers are getting more and more greedy these days trying to squeeze every possible cents to please their own/investors pocket. Is this right or wrong? No definite answer, this is all about business.

    BTW, I dont think u could get more property info here other than those from Setia sales. There is also no good way to judge how good or bad a property is until it is built and occupied. That’s why ppl normally talks about surrounding, traffic etc, which could potentially impact the property as well.

    If really interested, u should go survey urself, ask friends opinions etc. I strongly believe many forumer are speculators. hardly u will get any good advice coz u dont know real or not.

    You won’t get very far trying to engage in a mature debate here especially if you take the positive side before someone accuses you of being either the developer or their employees. Given up quite some time ago.

    You are definitely self-ego and solitary person which can’t stand with others people opinion, look, purchase for a appropriate property beside price psf, size, design and builder’s praise, transportation, conveniences and neighborhood should also take in to consideration.

    These what all the buyers are discussing more about further transportation stuck in this area but what wrong with the discussion?

    Come on, if u can’t change the topic, just left is alone and stop here, no need to show ur barbarous statement and nobody like it.

    u can’t stand people keep buying property base on their own judgement. u want people to agree wf u and stay away from here. u want people to buy from u or only invested in area that u invested in. there r many like u in the cyberworld. btw, ur traffic scare so not working…

    Setia Sales Office moved from this place to PISA already, a small sign. But, I think this project hardly get approval by authority one.

    Imperial Residence launch this week, Skycube end of this year. Maybe it will wait until this 2 launch and see the price & response before launch.
