steve, i always buy shops for investment, 800k shops can rent out 3k++, i think is enought. by the way the residential house worth 800k cant rent out more than 3k. furthermore the land cost now very high, difficult to find shops below 800k…..

I have own formula to invest in shops, so far have 6 shops on hand range from 600k to 1 mil, all can find tenant easily …. someone in butterworth can rent more than 4k…haha
Just view the plan yesterday, now the bandar tasek mutiara is totally different since Tambun Indah take over, my family also consider to invest 2 shops….
but 3K+ is not enough to cover instalment, negative cash flow….

Impiana Avenue just opposite Tesco Alma. 1.01M but DNP giving 50k rebate. Just left one shop office..

heard fr friend that they have already received letter fr the lawyer, S&P ready for signing. a portion of the buyers signed while others are waiting for loan approval status before signing. it was short notice fr tambun indah.

construction will take some time before anything is visible. besides, they cordon off the site of pearl avenue, can’t see the inside. ‘Maybe’ just starting to lay the groundwork, levelling, and such.
