    It will be a very weird design. Wide and short as the land is limited. If you drive a bigger car such as Alphard, i wonder if the car porch can fit your car.

    I believe both the land & squatters have been cleared off about 3 – 4 months back. A big no-no is the project site is fronting the Chinese temple (constructed about 2 – 3 years back). Would-be residents would enjoy one heck of a party during the usual festival seasons.

    Facing Chinese temple is good. Easier if they want to go for daily prayers, and also will have “Ang Kong Po Pi”, 24-hour a day, better than Bangla guard.

    BTW the built up size looks weird 41X31 don’t you think the house very short! its like very short but fat
