Do not quite like the place… roads not properly planned, too chaotic and not nice surroundings
Since when people in BM accepting condo, the condo launch by WHH in bukit minyak is selling well. Price is below 300k. BM city mall also almost sold off.

the project surround by food court, banks, hospital, shoplots etc etc, very convenience. Traffic a bit chaotic during peak hour, i think still ok because the project located in town centre, however, price from RM350k onwards a bit expensive.

Already booked a unit. Preparing for loans stuffs.
Discount 10%, and another 5% on cash rebate. Only 1 parking lot for now. SAP for bankers are on buyers tab. The condo area is surrounded by Semi D and double storeys terrace houses ranging from 500K and above (Aston Villa) so it’s on the medium high cost housing area. Setback is that the Condo is just next to Jit Sin School but no issue as the building is build on a higher ground.
Anyhow, it’s still convenient looking at there are banks, market and shops around.
Any idea what is the selling price?

the selling price start from RM358k (before rebate) for 1150sf, selling price differ according facing swimming pool or facing town, corner or intermediate unit etc. I do not book due to price factor & now BM town has too many foreign workers loitering on weekend. Futhermore traffic at Jln Aston always jam especially peak hour i.e before & after school.
Please let me the completion year ,and the how many percent loan is available ,
If the pin on the map is accurate, aston park will be built beside the most polluted junction in BM. i rented a 2nd floor apartment above hong leong bank for 3 years. had to mop the floor every day and the water was so so black like ink. the tabletops would get so dusty. the rapid 709 bus passing on it’s way to machang bubuk is so noisy and smoky. huge container lorrys going to kulim . they have to really rev to squeeze pass the junction so the black smoke is like apocalypse! any potential buyer must find out if it is on the honey kopitiam car park site or is it further back. if it’s further back then where are they building aston heights?? go and stand in front of hong leong bank bm at 11 – 12 am on a weekday and witness the chaos and pollution for yourself. i hope others can lern from my bad experience.
is this project have been cancelled and change into Aston Vista?
