I do not think it is a good idea to invest in Balik Pulau…..my friend working in Bayan Lepas tells me that it is faster and more convenient staying in Juru and getting to work than staying at Balik Pulau…..Do not be luulled by the larger house size and cheaper price…..the demand is simply not there…. think twice or even thrice before you invest your life’s savings……

Design sure impressive cause they got space to play along with the design, ealsewhere its the typical 20X70 or 20X80 only. As long as you got the money n also down need to go to town on daily basis then its ok if not you will really regret traveling time

A little bit more of travelling time is alright but the traffic flow going uphill
will kill your patient everyday going to and fro from work.
