If you analyse the roads carefully via Google map, LMC only affects landed houses. That is very unfortunate. To Pinnacle residents, totally no effect. It is neither blocking nor sharing roads. And with LMC costing above rm300k-rm500k, it will boosts up prices of premium condos surrounding it as people go for quality products. Cheers.

Pinnacle owner i heard the Imperial residence owner been told by Ideal COO the tile of setia pinnacle is Misalign happen same to setia pinnacle. So you guys better check your tile issue.

what kind of isssue?
presently one block there look elegants, hi-glass, outstanding, special but in future LMC flats nearby that area look like very crowded, hi-density, low class, cheap area, ugly, value sure drop. Some more the Pinnacle layout design like LMC flat, the toilet just in front of the main door and dining room, smelly!!!

As there are listings, I and my family went for viewing.
It is quite an impressive condo. The unit is large, parking is well lit and well built. Defects are rare and the wind is impressive. The common area at the top floor is just amazing.
Just want to check some of the usual issues/questions for condo nowadays:
1) Is the no homestay rule strictly enforced?
2) How is the management body?
3) I supposed flood is not a problem for a problem?
4) Are the guards well trained or language barrier continue to be a problem?
Also, if this is not an appropriate question to answer here, feel free to private message me – why the selling price is lower than the initial purchase price?
