look at the land area and the built-up size — is too small, look like the 20 years ago RM25K house at Taman Sri Kijang

there are only open 1 and 2 row only, 1 row selling rm268k (north facing) and 2 row (south facing) selling rm273k, only first 30 buyers got discount for this price. the location is behind of SMK bandar tasek mutiara next to taman puteri gunung. this deveploment is very high density about 250++ unit, TI deveploment stail always like this regard quantity not quality (c theirs facebook comment).

built up 20’x36.5′ too small. standard minimum built up is 20’x40′. Most TI projects get a lot of complaints start from Juru Heights, Pearl Indah, Pearl resident, Tanjong Heights and etc. They need to learn much more
well, if you pay peanuts, you’ll get monkey…so they say…

Heard that a group of people complaint bout the quality of work and the projects at Juru Heights which turn into foreign squatters. For more information, ask Mr.Merdeka, he is one of those who complained.
i also heard some of my customer complaint his new semi d in pearl garden (just oc obtained) all the 3 bathroom of upstair got leaking, is serious problem, rite?

Going to this Sat. As Tambun Indah said to secure the house even my loan not yet approved
for those interested to buy; please drop buy the economic rice stall and kui teow shop stall at the left of the T-end junction. You all will find how serious the flies and smell problem around…..
Own experience will tell everuthing rather then so much of unrealistic claim that the flies and smell do not exist here…..
Many people have eventually given up after they drop buy makan nearby…..

All plaster wall cracked. The wall surface also like plaster using hand without flatter. All patching and joint are terrible done…..

Only those who think Tambun Indah will really provide a safe and sound township. All i can sd NAH, never trust Tambun Indah, after built they will cabut end up a lot of snatch thieves and other unhealthy activities. Need not to say much, look at tasek mutiara which is just bout 5 to 10 mins away. After 10 yrs how does it look like to you, i can bet Tambun Indah WORST, loook at the Juru Heights development. This Juru Height is only consider a small applie but end up so terrible. What could happen to this big plot of land, everything could go wrong with Tambun INdah in the HOUSE…
i thinking to buy 37/39, anyone think it is good or ??

Pls tell us which developers do not cabut after they finish their projects? DO you expect developer to prohibit buyers from renting their houses to foreign workers? Do you expect developer to set up police unit to patrol the area and catch the snatch thieves?

price is too high plus it is not so in town city. please considering the price again. I saw a lot of house is for sale at BTM. might be owner want to sell back the house. moroever, the house is so small not suitable with the price. 2 storey house, cuma ada 3bilik semata-mata dkt tgkat atas. xd space untuk bersantai pun! yet price is so high!
has the safety improve here? stilla lot of break in and robbery cases?
