i heard many people say OM is a bad developer. it correct or not? CW and CW2 project got many problem is it correct?
CW2 looks much more nicer compare to CW1 because of the color code using.

I also CW2 purchaser, really unhappy with the design for CW1 walk path ,my cousin also CW1 purchaser, he go to complain to OM office but they said only made good after CCC. That mean they will use purchaser’s sinking fund to touch up the mistake they done before & not from their pocket. Really lousy!

If CW2 delay based on S&P date, you should quantify and if material, only request for LAD, otherwise waived it.

Visited the CW1 looks no maintenance, Grass grow high, normal cheep tree plant along the road & in the park…No landscaping concept as shown in brosure…OM not understand the G&G & what buyer’s need…

This developer is a `kick & walk’ developer, you complained a lot, they with do a bit to cool down your fire. If no complain, no need to do lah.

Saw CW1 owners start to have difference style of awnings not standardized. I thought this is not allowed for gated house but what is happening now? OM ageed to do so ?
Oriental max will forfeit your down payment 2k if you do renovation on the front façade. A lot people do renovation on façade, mean developer will earn a lot. That’s why Oriental max allowed them to do difference style…..

I went to CW2 last week. The road level is higher than house car porch !! Water will flow into house when raining.. further the pavement seem has taken into corner house compound ?? We shud claim for the area differences !

i heard that some ppl told me the area going to build shop lot similar like autocity, and open an entrance from high way petron station to there, and then from there link a road to pengasus residence there area and also nagapuri industrial area. not sure it is real or not
If that is the plan, Pengasus price will boom like crazy.

hmm.. i think pengasus not benefit so much, since it still a distance from there, furthermore surrounding of pengasus got a lot of factory, looks messy. but can sure one is, if the shop lot area success. central way is the main beneficial.
Too close to highway and shoplot is not an advantage at all.

hmmm, oh do you know any future project near by pengasus area? so far i heard is jayamas will having a service apartment with shop lot project just the corner of traffic light. i not sure this information is truth or not. i think should be some advantage to central way area, then only developer will develop shop lot, if only benefit pengasus area only,,, oriendtal max won’t so stupid to develop it
just went the site, infront there got signboard write cadangan 1 block pangsapuri perkhidmatan 25 tingkat, 1 motel 6 tinkat, 25 unit kedai pejabat, 1 stesen minyak and …just wait and se,e if the plan approve, cw value will increase.

Cannot get the key yet. Public bank haven’t release the payment.
Mine is Hong Leong Bank. Developer also said my bank have yet released money. But I called bank, they said already released money on 18 November. So weird, why money take so long to reach developer.
My bank, PBB ady released $$$ n I got d key on 21/11 ady. Pls call dev b4 get d key.

I really regretted and disappointed with the CW2 project. I have found a lot of defect. The major defected are the kitchen wall hairline cracked, 3th floor family area bathroom tiles cracked and missing and etc… Haiz…

Dear all, pls check your 3rd floor, water leaking in my 3rd floor, the ‘tangki’ is not adjusted properly, water leaking.
Ask us pay 6-7 mth maintennace fee but indoor gym still can’t access, management say need check with developer, when call developer, they say anything call management, what the hell
No need say politely with them, they will nt entertain u, must rude only they take action, I tried before, I diao them gao gao then only they take action must fxxk them.
I was very regretted to buy the Oriental Max property due to poor quality and poor service as well. There were many unexpected defects especially the workmanship after checking. It was also very difficult to complain. Please think twice before you purchase…

u have to scold them with loud and rude then they only work for u or man man deng, follow the s&p u can ask outside contractor do for u then claim from developer after 1 month complain, u also can refer to tribunal ask compesation for bank interest due to delay retify defect.
