Is Jawi toll not tambun toll. The proposed link to 2nd bridge is not a highway but is plan build a way to 2nd link.

Went to view the show house today. The D1 is simply fantastic. If this housing is located somewhere in Butterworth, I’m sure the price will be minimum of 700k. I wonder how much is the D type semi D cost. Very nice garden.
Type D price last year about 485K.

Really should consider buying if the road towards 2nd link is confirmed next to this project. The jungle there being cleared and I’m not sure why. I’m purely from Nibong Tebal and I rate this project as the best in Nibong Tebal so far. I’m sure price will shoot up crazily if the road towards 2nd link is real.
Hi, I see there are some road works being done near the north and south side after exiting the Jawi toll. Is this for the 2nd link road heading to 2nd Penang Bridge?
Btw is this a good buy as i see the house designs are very nice.
I think no one can confirm if there is new link to the 2nd link from here but surely there is road widening job ongoing now which means better transportation.
I can see there is some work is going on the road but seem like the progress is slow.

10 units of type C is still available. Price is RM520K min as i called sale office last week.
Pls be informed the remaining available units are either close to the double track railroad next to the residence or facing junctions. The roadwork at the Jawi toll exit is merely an expansion of the existing T-junction to accommodate increasing traffic. The 2nd link is further up north. You still need to take the Jawi toll and drive upnorth to get to the link.

Any smell from the chicken farm behind the project? Thinking to buy one but really worry about the odor problem. Any owner can comment pls.
Talk to the local, they mentioned the farm will stay there at the moment.

This place is close to Jawi toll. Every night and morning the smell from the nearby furniture factory is unbearable.
Any owner can comment on how good the developer manage this taman ?
How is the nuisance caused by rail road for phase 2 units?
It seems like phase 2 is very near to the rail road based on google map.

I own a unit in phase2 and live here for more than a year. Wonderful place, no big issue on the smell, only one day for every 2 or 3 months, rarely noticeable. Flys is manageable, only seasonal.
Mine located in the mid near the park, train sound not heard at all unless in quite night listening from the balcony. Highway sound also very far I think the trees cleverly planted absorbed the noise.

The adjacent site is launching Merbok Santuary soon. Semi-D houses may sell above RM 770K. The land area and built-up area are similar to R.Merbok semi-D, but its internal road is narrow as compared to 50′ wide road of R.Merbok.
Better to buy R.Merbok houses:
1. Ready to move in condition, save 3 yrs’ rent and renovation cost of 50K or more.
2. More matured and large established gated housing estate.
3. No commercial hotel traffic at access road…
