I have called up the developer before, and Nadayu 290 will be built on the land behind Gambir Heights. I don’t think it will be built on the land the picture is showing.
That was my initial understanding too. But the photo taken above is actually at the location marked in the second picture. The “Nadayu 290” logo makes me believed that is the location. But I’ll follow up with their progress and keep this post updated if there is any changes.
May be they have changed their plan

I heard they are going to launch early this year. I presume it is not later than Q2.
By the way, with only 142 unit condos + 7 unit villas, this property is not going to be cheap based on the claimed GDV of RM476m.

Really sorry, I don’t have any idea about the minimum size but based on the fact it has only 142 units on a 8 acre land (the 7 units of bungalows would probably occupied around 2arce), the size of the condo should be big. I think at least 2,000 sq.ft. and above.
I think the selling price should also be near or on par with Southbay Plaza.
Anyway, this is just my personal guess. I could be wrong :). Or they may have some odd units which is studio types, like the case in platino.
I have to warm the developer, have to ensure environment and rain fall drainage have to be well taking care, not only their site, but other Apartment surrounding, such as Jade View, Gambir Height, Taman Bkt Gambir. The is due to Nadayu is located higher at the slope of the hill. Landsilde or flooding may happened if they didnt control well.
I have to warm Nadayu here, if anything go wrong, Thousand of Resident will sign and launch complain to the authority to suspect the project, if thing goes wrong.
Thousand of eye are watching of them. Very strong management committee will engage them. For those buyer, pls take note of below, we will use this forum to hilight to nadayu.

Already see some muddy soil flowing down to forest on last two month especially large activity clearing the land on that time.
Not sure the condition will become after few month down the road.
We are monitoring them, once observe land slide, we will call Adun to call a stop for Nadayu 290. We have EXCO stay near by. To buyer, pls push them behave well, not simply open the forest.

To “Gambir Resident”, we have MPPP, DoE, JPS etc to impose rules for earthwork and development, please do not against opening forest. Please be reminded that your house and i beileve my house too were occupied previously by forest.

either let them open some forest to build house for you people to stay… or u can build ur own house at the tree top and stay there…. its gud penang has the most intellectual protestor and NGOs in malaysia but there are some dumb idiot ones who simply wanna protest for their own selfish reason and being blindly anti-development…

looks like they having some problem with the rocks, it took them so long to build a show house.
the developer is Nadayu Properties Bhd, thier website still not putting any info about this project, very odd for a young aggreasive managed company do not do any marketing on this project for two years.

Nadayu 290, meanwhile, features 279 units of service apartments and hotel.
What does it means? 2 block building? 142 apartments + 137 hotel rooms?
2 yrs already, still no news for this?……the developer struggling to build a proper show gallery on a vy steep hill is it? hahahha

spotted in recent property fair, was told open for registration and will launch probably by june. I think i heard it’s going be 5 blocks inclusive of a hotel.. estimated 900/sft.
