construction seems delayed. been to site few days ago … talked to the guard … he says probably another 2-3 months due to a number of things not yet done at block A and generator room…

i’m wondering what is that green main gate doing there, is it the final main gate for us residence or is it only for construction period???

Good idea to create a chat group for owner, i met block A owner Mr Choo pass 2 weeks front guard house, heard lot of negative sharing after he view the show room + the unacceptable green gate. believe more downgrade things coming in unexpected. let’s share our thaught in chat group =)

mind share what mr choo said??? what news he heard … the show unit memang not high class laa.. importance is the layout. last time i bought not because showroom but because the big layout (family) and all are corner units. the house layout also not same with other projects out there ma…

i think is up to we residents to improve our condo already… after developer build they wash hands. job finish d ma!

Read all the recent comments and i immediately took a drive to site to peek inside myself.

I can’t understand all the fuss, apart from the green gate (which i believe will be removed after construction), the whole compound looks very nice. I even went up to the apartment opposite to have a look at our blocks. It looks just nice. I’m really curious to what is it that i dont know that everyone seems to be complaining.

At night when the building lights up (now they doing testing for the wiring), it seriously looks good.

I heard from developer next month will be get house key. Auto gate will be set up once oc obtained. For those owner purchase early will get compensation for delay, they are in calculation. Very excited.
