Please leave our Pulau Tikus market and surroundings alone! Go and build your massive structures elsewhere! Anyway, there are enough apartments in the area without jamming up the works with another highrise.

With the selling price of RM1400 psf…I think the project by SP Setia is better…V Residences which is along Persiaran Gurney…Still the best I think is 8 Gurney…Really big and crazy…lol

I think Belleview is a good developer, most of its projects turn out to be successful. The price is definitely high now but it can always get higher..

yes as what i know from the last purchased & updated price chart. We are staying behind the construction area landed, my aunty & neighbour surrounding also purchased moulmein rise as they wish to move from landed to this condo for their holiday home as current the house is too big . Two of my aunties told me before their feng shui master have checked this land can bring prosperity to both of them hahah.. i guess i should consider it after i sold my two properties
