After 2nd bridge open, the property in Batu Kawan going to be dazzle for FTZ engineers.
i personally visited Callisia 2 during last weekend, quite a nice outlook and environment.
But will RM530K abit overpriced?
Anyway, after 2nd link open will call for owner to view some unit.
Hope wont regret.
Leasehold selling RM530K in this remote area, near to Harbour Place
with freehold tenure must at least sell rm 750K.
