So wht is the market value for Tri Angle now ?
RM700 per sqft.
This include Shop and Office suite?
excluded, shop definitely higher.. office suite subjective to market as still new in this area.

Can any Reflection owner tell me which floor from Reflection onwards wont be block by Triangle? I search SPSetia website, but cant get much detail. And which part of the Triangle is the tall structure? The one near Reflection’s swimming pool or the one near Reflection lobby?

As I saw the list on 12/12/14, out of 76 units, 30% for Bumi reserved (23units), 30 units unsold, only 23 units Sold. Now still selling old price before 31st/Dec/2014 with 5%+3% rebate.

I paid the deposit on Mar12@SPICE, S&P stamped on Jun12… it is more than 3.5 years now and still yet to see the progress timeline from Setia… what I can says is SETIA really s*** after changed hand… they don’t ever border thier customer feeling by sending us the apologize letter and let us know what is their plan moving farward… I went to their office twice and ask about this, look like the staff have no clue on when is the completion date as well… I am sure SETIA have big problem with their management now…
Anyway, to buyer, please read through your S&P carefully, the clause spell out we should get our compensation if the project can not complete in 36 months, Setia will need to pay us the interest, something like 10% of our purchase until we actually get the key or VP…
As for the bank. there is also no clear instructions on what we need to do now, is SETIA still continue to absort our loan interest? or what?… :((
This is my first time dealing with Setia project, so I will wait and see how’s their quality by the time I receive my key… that will be my final judgement on this ‘NEW’ developer…

i had purchase one unit at Setia-Triangle. The sale ladies told me that there will have a free gift of 5 units air con when the time i bought the unit 4 or 5 years ago. Knowing that the property is fully completed now and i call to the office to confirm is the free gift still valid and the sales person told me that they never offer to give air con to customer. i am wondering if any owner that purchased of setia-triangle facing the same problem? you can contact me at 012-4135202 if you having the same problem, thanks

Setia customer service is very bad nowadays. They are never serious in rectifying any defect. Just keep postponing till the warranty ends. When you talk to them, the answer is always the same, “I’ll check with my site supervisor and get back to you.” Setia ends up doing nothing. Either the site supervisor or customer service agent sweeps everything under the carpet and close your case without doing anything. Good luck all current and future Setia buyers!

You are very lucky. Mine is not so good. There’s water seepage from external wall, and all the paint on that wall has peeled off. I see some water marks on the ceiling, hopefully it;s not water from upstairs. The floor tiles are not that even with huge groove between tiles. You think if I complain, they will redo the tiles for me?

i did feedback early to management, so, response from management is max samph fee is 200 or 600 i can’t recall the exact amount. but the way i handle this is just buy some sand, cement from them, per pack about rm3-5 higher than market, to me this is better way.

Went there last night and free parking infront McD all taken up even by non McD customers. Decided to go to kapitan but this parking touts are there. Are they legal? Non uniform and look like robbers!
Useless management. Either get a automated parking system or let the business of the shops there die soon. Will bycott this area !
MPPP used to be having all this kind of parking attendants and lucky with the current penang goverment, things changed!

I urge Mc D management to look into the free parking reserved for McD because i see other abuse it n park there but go elsewhere. No fair for Mc D customers.

and when i wind down the window, immediately he ask for RM2, without asking how long i have parked there. then i showed him the board which said RM0.50 per half hour.
