Still wondering why the Setia green semi d still available but the terrace sold out so easy?

After the rebate 9%,the cost is about 1.69 mil. Compare to others like Ghee Heang and Valaris as the terrace is 1.7 to 1.9 mil, why no body want to consider this?
One reason I can think of when I was on site is that the semi d is not guarded….. Setia only provides alarms systems…..many people are put off by this…..

mm… it should be guarded for Semi D. My understanding is that some of the terrace house in outer part near to siara 81 was only cover by CCTV. The rest was guarded.

You are right … the ones which are unsold are the ones which have direct link to outside…not guarded……furthermore the back part is the retention pond…. bad feng shui…..front should be water while back supported by mountains…..then good feng shui…..then it is east west orientation…..morning hot….. evening also hot…….paying RM1.7 mil…. no thanks… the terrace units are way much better….two years ago they were sold RM900k plus only….

Setia Greens is guarded but not gated. Still, I must admit there is relatively high risk for breaks in. Anyway, if back of the house has both pond (water) and mountain at a further distance, would it regards as good feng shui? For example, those in the first row on the right most in the Setia Greens semi-d houses that facing existing houses.
Having said all that, I think as prices continue to go up and up, soon RM1.6 mil for semi d will be very cheap and some will then move in to buy… setia is just waiting…. such a big company… they can afford to wait… after all they have already made their money by selling all the terrace houses…which are very nice if you were to ask me

Yes, its just a matter of time all the units will sold out. The promotion price of RM1.6M has ended. It’s now RM1.8M. Congrat to those who bought during the promo period. Are you not getting one Ryan?
I bought a Cassia and a Cordia. No letting go. Will keep these for my two kids. One each for them.

Lot 150 bumi lot which is guarded is for sale though but only for bumi…

According to the feng shui master, we always looking for the biggest things for consideration . For the semi d which direct link to outside, although the pond is at the back of the house, the feng shui master will consider the huge mountain which is bigger than the pond. So is consider a good feng shui. But now the price is 1.8 mil, I m regret not take it during the promotion.Now I m searching the semi d around pg, even in Paya Terubong , the 3s semi d near to the hill side already 1.6 onwards.
