heard d news, mahshing bought d land beside this project, sure d price will rise fast, grab faster…
I went to the location see, really cannot u can see lots of foreign workers staying at the low cost apartment there. i was very keen on the semi-D until went to the exact location, shock run quickly
The land beside till edge of Inti University owned by Chong company and planned for high rise projects
Live with a bunch of operators….& high rise…..+ some more got gangster contractor there……too many concerns……totally no worth at all.
The show house going to be ready during CNY….personally I like the design concept & layout but too bad…..the luck is not with AIRMAS as the site location is very bad….. Cramp in between Desa Daya (apartments full of Indo operators & the coming 2 blocks 22 storey with total 500 units apartments, Sierra East by Chong company)….
Paying >1.3millons for own stay at this type of conditions/location…..not worth at all….

Agreed! Also ask your banker……and also ask if any units left…… last time I heard all snapped up…. some insider there selling for RM1.55 mil for smallest unit…. ask around…..but sure you cannot get at the launching price……ha ha ha…. good luck!!
Airmas just complete a project in Bukit Tengah (Taman Germilang Permai), a lot of complain from the buyer. When selling the house, they tell you will provide good quality but when entire project fully sold, they just simply do and rush to finish to project to lock their profit.

I went to see the show house during the CNY launching, layout nice, the have lift for the four story terrace if you count the basement/ground floor, but the lift is like super small n looks really low quality even though its new can see the quality is really lousy.
Secondly the show house is already leaking with water! The plaster ceiling has very obvious water leak mark, besides that there is already hairline crack on the wall from ceiling to floor! Mind you I’m looking at the show house! So I don’t think this is a good choice in terms of quality.

Normal human who see this map won’t spend 1.3 to 1.6 million to buy Vista Jambul unless you are developer staff who trying to promote this project………

You complain so much on the Taman Gemilang Permai saying all the buyers complain on the house…Go ask now if they still complain or want to sell the house? Do you even know that to ask for the sub-sale is so hard now or even anyone wants to sell the unit from the taman? Ask the person who stays there personally rather than you giving false comment here.
whats wrong? The existing semiD 0r terrace at RELAU area all fully occupied and the pricing also >1.2mil, new launching landed projects all sold out already. Eventhough near to low class area with foreign workers, LMC flats surrounded but the house prices here never drop and very strong demand for those who like this area.

There’s a Bus Kilang depot behind Vista Jambul, rented out to bus kilang operator by Chong Company effective this month.
Around 30 bus kilang will park there, every morning around 5 – 6am bus kilang will start their engine one after another…imagine the noise and the exhaust fume!
