For sure is worth for investment but rm415k for terrace is a bit pricey. Further price appreciation might be limited. But overall long term investment or own stay is very good. In future there will be housing development and the price will going up up again.

Three storey is about this price in Prai.
The different with other 3 storey project is tall building height. Location wise is almost perfect. Less and less empty land in Prai area, later or soon will appreciate again.

Eric’s view is not wrong..just like anyone, who doesnt want to make money if situation allows it to happen? If price from developer is not suitable, then too bad. Im not rich either, but today, everything is expensive (material, labour and LAND). Like it or not, this is the reality.
I think that those who can afford to buy property at present, would be very lucky. Future generations needs to struggle badly…hope RG will be a good and excellent place

Btw, I’m not investor or developer. I bought this house for my own stay. Regardless the price hike or down, it will not impact me anything for now until if I sell the house.
My advise,if you like the house and you can afford to buy, don’t wait and expecting the price drop then only buy.
You need to know today empty land very limited, material price increase, increasing of population etc..

Too close to river. Also lots of monkeys over there. The worst is lot of cars using road beside the river. Opposite the river, malay taman with young rempit.

Bank can get 90% loan Sarjeet. Market value by registered valuer is RM 650k for DS Villa Primero. And due to recent shortage of foreign workers n increased of petrol price,I believe property price will be increase more.

Checked with bank… The 2st terrace market valuation is 450k. I don’t think you can sell so high unless buyers can fork out hefty down payment.
The KL Property Index has fallen 17% since May… For those of you who are ignorant enough to believe property prices only ever go up let me explain to you what this means… This means that the market is selling off property stocks as they correctly believe that the development companies are going to have negative growth… which means they will struggle to sell all those over priced developments… this will translate into the property market when all those speculators who tried to make money out of thin air realise no one want to buy from them on the sub sale market… I smell a 30-40 % correction coming (lips licking)…

Jus look at Klang Valley property prices, we are no where near their prices so the price appreciation in Mainland, Penang is still there to improve. It will never affect mainland, penang property price untill a certain time then i believe it will be stagnant again like 5 yrs ago.
