Still puting hope on this project? OMG, when will it get approved? If approve, the price will be RM500psf. Forget it. Want to know how noisy the environment? Go to top floor at Mutiara Height and you will know how the traffic noise impose similarly on this condo, it is even worst sandwiches with two main road. It is very very super duper noisy when i visited Mutiara Height, you can feel the sound wave….
Earliest launching date for this project should be Sep. By next month will resubmit the plan for approval.

Already wait for 2.5 years since register with Lengkap Impresif but still not yet settle the approval issue
Hardly will happen by this year because the plan not even submit yet. Very high chances are due to Malay kampung and goverment hard to make the decision.
Let me make the decision, the kampung will become heritage, that already lived for over hundreds years. Unless, the develper build some 2ST terrace or semi-D for all of ‘them’. Then, lain cerita lah, the ‘heritage’ can become modern 2ST/Semi-D; then this The Curve only allowed to build at the side of that piece of land.
Decision:- Forget about this project.
understand from developer, the state still haven’t finalized the issue of compensation to the house owner…is it the failure of developer or the state? But do not see the same problem with other developers. Hopefully they will start to build early next year like what they said.

Please, wait no more. This project will not going to build very soon, or if it is possible, i would think it will build in parallel with Penang World City. What is the price then? RM500psf? or even higher. Penang World City will expect the price at least RM500psf onwards (or you may say I am too ridiculous to mention this price as it will no longer happen). Then I would say RM700 – RM1000psf for Penang World City. Their ‘affortable house’ with below RM500k will size ~500sf, and sell at ~RM450k, to meet the government’s quota of affortable house.

It seems that the developer still uncertain abt the selling price, and probably undergoing market survey on the demand. I was told it will be at 450 per sqf, but now seems 480 per sqf ard. May not worth.

saw the land beside “The View” (kampung area) has been cleared…
The location’s Fengsui no good.. heard the land was malay reserved land, and the project faces a lot of trouble..some more very poluted air & noise due to surrounded by busy roads.

Went to the office and talk to the sale person in early 2012, then follow by the project rejected by MPPP in ~April 2012. It has been 1.5 years, still no updates yet.

dont trust what developer inform – no DIBS reason is to reduce speculation…. if the developer aim for help the 1st house buyer – should come out more smaller unit…
anyhow above info`s just my 2 cents n oppinion…..

Buy the nearby E-Park if you only want the similar seaview, old but the price more reasonable at <RM500psf and size is ~1000sqf. If you like bigger units then take The View, ~2050sqf.

Better buy THE VIEW than wait for The Curve. Already have confirmed views from the condo, prices and it is really half the price of Light Point for such fabulous views.
It is quite well managed and also it has a lot of rich people living inside with nice cars.
Safe and sound investment and now still can get under 500 ringgit psf. it is a bargain for a landmark in Penang. 2088 sq ft only 1 m is very cheap. Compared to tiny units 600 sq ft in penang world city already 480000 and light linear 1475 sq ft already surpass 1.1 m for seaview units.
Supply is over demand now..I have few friends paying deposit but finally bank can not approve the loan.

I called the sales office recently and apparently, the units already sold out and what they telling us now is so called next Phase …
It’s relatively cheap compare to most of the property with a RM 500 psf. price
tag but due to the “young people are buying lifestyles” (as they claimed to be)
of today but in real situation they can’t get their loans approve for such big
amount.
Called up the sales office and been told that is fully sold out,
i felt like being cheated, they dont even call me up and i had registered for many times and kept calling for the update from time to time and the answer always is wait and wait, now ended up they said fully sold.

This project had been talked for 2 years and I don’t think worth to wait. If you got better choice, please go ahead instead of keep waiting for this project. Very initial stated as RM380 per sqft but now RM500 per sqft (different by 30%). In actual, how much they going to launch still unknown.
Heard the curve project was abandoned by developer, the land was bought over by another developer to build soho.
More than 3 years at last abandoned. Too bad.
The potential buyers had been waiting,hope aginst hope and the project was finally axed.What a lousy,unprofessional developer,who did not have the courtesy to make a public announcement regarding this matter and,apologizing to the registerd buyers.
Been keep waiting, waiting and waiting, ending with 1 word,dissapointed.. Registered 3 times since 2 years ago from the registration number of 500 to >1500, but end up with nothing.
