The developer launched this long long ago….
@Jade & T,
Me again…
I just visited the show house today!
The gate and fence is very tall, about 6ft. high i guess..
Nice surrounding & location but just small problem to enter the area if you coming from penang bridge.
Small tiles in the first floor….
and the 2 bedrooms in the first floor is abit too small too….
Hi…I visited it before too. All bathrooms wall tiling is about 5 or 6 ft high only.
i visited it long ago, the top master bedroom is a big ‘no-no’ for me, the bathroom location is a bit weird. split level at the second floor also not quite nice. If not mistaken, the fencing is not bricks.
Just bought a unit there, very near to penang bridge. The project is to be completed end of this year.
heard that the price is going to increase…….
if you don’t mind the HTC, it is a good buy, location is quite good. Those unit facing the field is more than 620K.
hi, i m interested in this project n thinking to get one there. May i get any opinions from experienced people here regarding this project? coz this is my 1st house… thanks a lot
wow.. 600k+ for 1st house.
hi,ling.. of course is sharing with family.. cant afford of alone. i m worry it is too expensive , dat’s y i m asking for opinions..
@lynn
Lynn, i think the location explains everything.
Anyway, bathroom is on top of the main door (Just need to make sure the toilet bowl doesn’t locate exactly on top of it). Then, the master room entrance is in the middle of the stairs, kinda weird a bit. The bedroom 2 entrance is facing toilet.
If you are okay with the layout, then the location of the property with the established surrounding facilities and food win everything.
hi Ling, thanks for ur opinions.. it helps me a lots..
which one is better, palm villas or mega homes? price almost the same.(600k+)
This project any pros and cons? thanks

note that there will be two 34 storey condos to be built next to Megahomes, from the map it seems that they are sharing the same road access, potential congession, & narrower road if visitor/resident parking outside. Link of the condo below.

Don’t buy those units next to the high volatge cable,
@auss
Can you please let us know why don’t buy the unit next to the high voltage cable?
The willows condo is proposed to be launched in 2013. The project may change anytime or may not happen. Let’s say if it happened I don’t think the traffic consequence of the project will lead to congestion of main entrance to Megahomes, unless they park directly infront of it/mid of the road. Regarding the high voltage power cable, the electric wiring and household electronics eg. Tv, PC around us generate even more electromagnetic fields than the high voltage power lines from that distance. Even directly under high-voltage lines, the magnetic field is only about 3 to 10 µT, which is less than that in an electric railway car and much weaker than the magnetic field close to the head when an electric razor is used (about 60 µT). If we want to avoid all these, why not we all move out to jungle without electricity. Imagine after 2-3 years all the landed properties will raise for sure when Penang get crowded. It’s still a bargain now for a Semi-D at this strategic location.
@ss
@CG
Let me put it this way, in real estate
1) Banglas can move out
2) Chicken / Pig farms can be relocated
3) Flooding can be solved
But the high cable tension will always be there.
@ss
If u study the most recent scientific review, high voltage cables do not cause significant health concern. I agree with CG that even electrical wiring in the house and on the streets in front of our house may generate more magnetic wave than those high-voltage lines 50m away. If we want to buy property near those lines to invest, we have to be aware that some people may not like it and it may affect your rental or subsale value. However, if the location is good, I think most people will still consider to buy those properties even they are near the lines.
Went to the site I saw big high voltage cable standing next to this houses.House design and price is ok, but still worry the high voltage….
