I do call farlim group few week ago when I know about this at here, the starting price at 423k (IMO, is too expensive around that area)
just receive a call from them again, said early bird will get 15k discount, and free 1 year maintenance fees (lowest RM270/m)
also, according to the sales man, it is not free hold
Not freehold? why its stated freehold above? mind to clarify more pls..
@ThinkTwice
Sorry, forgot to update this. It is leasehold
Of course leasehold la, since when farlim project freehold ? Land belongs to Khoo Kongsi.
Expensive price along lebuhraya thean teik, noisy !
Leasehold, Not worth to buy.
yes, true… not worth
Luckily I bought shineville
Luckily I bought All Seasons Park. Just look at the All Seasons Place, the progress is so promising and I can see the quality of it which is a lasting impression.
@AC
You bought all season part,SO ?? Very funny to see you busy promoting for free to developer here and there in this blog. Amazing that you still feel very proud of doing free marketing for developer.
Your all season park and this one is also in Farlim lah, all is “LPPL”.
i saw the advertisement board at there near traffic light long time ago, now only launch? the price was indicated too rm400k , that time four season also cheaper than this…
correction -> now still have?
OC will get around sept 2013. this is the best low density condo in Farlim… i have my own 1 unit here. call me if you r interested 012-4239835
The layout is fantastic but the location is a bit not encouraging.
Tata, Farlim, Farlim lar…what is so disgraceful about Farlim? I was born in Ayer Itam area. I love Ayer Itam and going to be rooted in Ayer Itam too. It just that I don’t like the lease hold property in Farlim. So, I opted for All Seasons Park.

“I could only return my love to them after I had relinquished my political and public duties, ironically. only at a time when I have no more life to give them as a father,” Chin Peng wrote in the letter that had appeared under the heading ‘My Last Wish’.
Chin Peng said he was persuaded to leave behind such a letter following erroneous media reports in October 2011, which carried rumours of his so-called impending death at that time.
Former CPM members, who spoke to reporters at the wake service at Bangkok’s Wat That Thong Temple Saturday, claimed they did not know when or where this note was written and later found.
They have remained tight-lipped over the whereabouts of Chin Peng’s two children, who are believed to be in their 60s.
“In the final analysis, I wish to be remembered simply as a good man who can tell the world that he had dared to spend his entire life in the pursuit of his own ideals to create a better world for his people,” wrote Chin Peng, whose body is scheduled for cremation in Bangkok on Monday evening.
