Hi!!! Anybody know Feng Shui? is that good Feng Shui if the river just beside or behind you house? I did go through into Google map saw that the river beside Phase 2 is consider as a stagnant water compare with Phase 1. Anybody can help to explain?

Hi All, I plan going to buy either #7 or #8, because others lot alr fully booked. Just only concern of the Stagnant river water. Sure got a lot mosquito and biawak surrounding us. Any comment of Feng Shui on Phase 2?

River attracts water…that’s common sense! All water in the surrounding areas will channel towards the river and collect at the lowest end. At this point, the water gets stagnant. When river overflows, the area surrounding the lowest end floods first. Of course, water also attracts all kinds of creatures. Water is the source of life….wild life!

Both phase 1 and phase will complete on 19th March. 2nd bridge will help the traffic a bit, but i think not much. Got how many ppl staying in Nibong Tebal/Batu Kawan/Tambun/Simpang Ampat working in Penang woh…
Just that got alternative road when one of the bridge got accident. Well, we’ll see on September. =)

And do you facing problem that Developer also take so long time to issue original Tittle to bank to release money even they receive the Letter of Undertaking from your bank or solicitor? Anyone got complaint this matter as the Developer giving so short notice for such request? This is very unfair to our buyer which the short notice and delay actually is mainly from Developer which cause the Bank can’t release the money on time. Thanks

This project is having a poor location with the direction of traffic flow to turn to the site and the project land contour is so much lower than the main road which many believed the “feng shui” is not that prosperous!. Basically the layout plan is also not that proper with many units having more or less triangle-shaped land which is not ideal. I personally do not advise buyers to invest in this project after going to the site for assessment.

Today just round the housing area found many houses number plate and road sign board was damage by the kampung boy, some houses TNB Meter board drop off, some houses throw and stick a lot soil on the wall of the house. Then saw around 8 person kampung boy sit and stand on top of the wall between 2 houses. Every time pass over the guy houses alw saw the guard sleeping. Lousy security, just slp during working hours.

Hi there i own a unit in Desa Titi. just receive the key a few days back and before i had time to secure the house with grills and other safety measures,my house got broke in,lost quite a number of thing,estimated rm 2000.i have lodge a police report.did anyone encountered similar experience?
what is your advise?
i notice that house are getting broken into only after key pass hand to purchaser looks suspicious…..
