Which row is your unit? Saw the backyard 3rd row of superlink (same row with superlink showroom) actually is not so good. I felt so damn lucky i did not purchased that row. Else now CRY SI (T.T).

Just went to show house, overall ok but the bigger problem for superlink house car porch is too small. Very difficult to park 2 car. Why the developer didn’t think of this? ?

Yes, we would like to comment/feedback to management. Nowadays, a small family would hv 2 cars. Understand, every house need to plant a tree n already ocupy some space. No problem on that bcoz we like greener as why we buy TR. BUT car packing gate design too small it make ppl difficult to park. This is 400k houses. Hope TR management can fix it. Thanks. Rm358k is very very old price which is 3 yrs ago when newly launched. This price no longer valid after few months they launched. Please be up todated. This project will be meaningless if still stick to the old price! The developer spent alot in this project esp on their landscape. If u tell me still can get on this old price, then means this is lousy project and will not have people looking for it anymore. I had one unit, but my price will not be only rm510k!

I was trying to get a home and the price was $450k and I didn’t have much in my account so i tried to get a home loan but didn’t get my loan approved. But i found a private lender online Huntington Micro Loans and sent them an email requesting for help if they could, they replied and asked me how much i needed and was surprised when they approved my loan application for $285k in less than 48hrs, but I raised a red flag when I was asked to pay for insurance premium on the loan, i thought to myself this is another bogus claim! but after contacting other clients who have used their services, i decided to pay since it was a minimal amount and the money was been insured for loss of money in case i couldn’t pay back. I was surprised again when the money was wired to my bank account and called my bank to confirm the transfer. I have since paid for my new home and would start my first repayment on the last working day in May. My repayment plan is spread over 5 years. As I know from sales office, it can obtain key on Oct 2013. But I have checked the site, I don’t think it can be finished on time. Probably Nov or Dev 13.
i called up the office. The sales person told me prolly in December 2013 or later, DEPENDS ON THE WEATHER! so silly!

I like the environment, concept and house external look. However, I reckon that when we visited them during open house day (not yet OC), there are no one lives there yet, no cars yet, so, of course environment is nice, but once occupied, I think it will change. I also don’t like the terrace and zero lot internal layout design, I think waste spaces and odd design. I did not view the bungalows, out of budget. If want to buy zero lot, I better buy JH superlink, more BU spacious.
No doubt the bonsai landscape is really nice which i hard to see in others project. The problem is the house layout, totally out and small size. I heard they have bought the empty land opposite TR.

We did checked on n off, do found out there’s no serious defects.. Those defects usually happen for all the new houses….
Mine master room balcony contain a lot water after heavy rain. The hold was stuck.
Besides, the hand working build not nice. I have total 40 items on defect. Hope it can be fix before I renovation.

My close friend bought a unit here and has taken the loan from HLB. Just because he maintained his account with HL for long time he did not submit his loan application to other banks. The branch manager in ALma has mislead him that his loan is tough to get approved due to over commitments. The girl (manager) said she helped to approve the loan. My friend has given her few thousand. I am shocked. She approved the loan? Simply create thing to ask for monies…..
