    As for the clubhouse, I think we will not know until it fully built and finalize, as sure will have surprice whenever met the salesperson and get update from them.

    OMG! I did not know there got few type superlink :p
    Ours got 10 feet backyard which opposite the guardhouse.
    Yar, we did not realise there’s a pillar until i saw the catalogue at home after paid deposit :S
    Anyhow, me headache it for quite some times, now i got some idea to make up it. Just need to see real hse whther it workable or not. Luckily it was beaide the staircase..

    No. We personally felt that is not really worth althought it will be much nicer if they fix for us n we do not need to heck.
    Well, we plan change to wood instead. If not also, i got friend doing aluminium, should able to get good price =)

    Have to read back the s&p … But i do remember that we allow to do grille it just we have to follow the pattern that they provide to us later? So do the roof for the backyard? So that we got place to hang clothes? Else where to hang in our Senna?

    Not really worth…for 6700 , But i think the tiles upgrade is quite worth, with the current price already 8k with change the tiles, but the upgrade for only 5k++

    Which row is your unit? Saw the backyard 3rd row of superlink (same row with superlink showroom) actually is not so good. I felt so damn lucky i did not purchased that row. Else now CRY SI (T.T).
    Earlier still thinking wan that row because it was so near to the linear park.
    If really can’t do any roof outside then will buy the rack n put in my garden, make them look ugly :p Buy the lao beh one

    Tiles is worth to upgrade even I did not upgrade though.
    Bear in mind, need to save RM10k for strata title when O.C is obtained :(

    Now the non-gated link house selling @ 398+K onwards.
    For the gated link house now selling @ 430+ K onwards.

    If someone which to let go, the price might go to higher, could be 520K ( Are you ok?)
    I got 1 unit to let go. Phase 1, type B which have garden at the back of the house.

    Just went to show house, overall ok but the bigger problem for superlink house car porch is too small. Very difficult to park 2 car. Why the developer didn’t think of this? ?

    Yes, we would like to comment/feedback to management. Nowadays, a small family would hv 2 cars. Understand, every house need to plant a tree n already ocupy some space. No problem on that bcoz we like greener as why we buy TR. BUT car packing gate design too small it make ppl difficult to park. This is 400k houses. Hope TR management can fix it. Thanks.     that matter. You can’t loan that much even if it is written $ 2M because
    banks will get their valuers to do the valuation.

    Rm358k is very very old price which is 3 yrs ago when newly launched. This price no longer valid after few months they launched. Please be up todated. This project will be meaningless if still stick to the old price! The developer spent alot in this project esp on their landscape. If u tell me still can get on this old price, then means this is lousy project and will not have people looking for it anymore. I had one unit, but my price will not be only rm510k!

    You may check with developer. N do not ask TR buyer now, because the name will not transfer to u until the OC obtained. Means even u buy, the only benefit is bank.

    Sunhill, we did highlited to them, Ms Oxg on last CNY when they do open house. Until this year open house, we still seeing stupid giant pillar, stupid huge large wall gate… Really what they thinking even though Ms Oxg told me they will reduce the size.

    hello,
    I was trying to get a home and the price was $450k and I didn’t have much in my account so i tried to get a home loan but didn’t get my loan approved. But i found a private lender online Huntington Micro Loans and sent them an email requesting for help if they could, they replied and asked me how much i needed and was surprised when they approved my loan application for $285k in less than 48hrs, but I raised a red flag when I was asked to pay for insurance premium on the loan, i thought to myself this is another bogus claim! but after contacting other clients who have used their services, i decided to pay since it was a minimal amount and the money was been insured for loss of money in case i couldn’t pay back. I was surprised again when the money was wired to my bank account and called my bank to confirm the transfer. I have since paid for my new home and would start my first repayment on the last working day in May. My repayment plan is spread over 5 years.     As I know from sales office, it can obtain key on Oct 2013. But I have checked the site, I don’t think it can be finished on time. Probably Nov or Dev 13.

    The sales office cannot give us the confirm date. Just said by late of Dec or next year Jan.
    Personally, I did ask the worker around there. It said is impossible finishe eveything before chinese new year, said minimun atleast March 2014.

    Hi Guys… hope u guys doing well.. Our houses are ready soon ^^, office feedback that most probably will get OC by June. TNB is working now…

    To who are very interested to the terrace, there’s still 5 units available from developer.. Price from RM508k onwards, grab now or you will regret, lolx..

    The roof is only allowed for backyard and side (outside of dining) for the corner unit, and there’s only one type of roof we can do. The drawing will handover to us when the key is releasing to us later, said office staff….

    I like the environment, concept and house external look. However, I reckon that when we visited them during open house day (not yet OC), there are no one lives there yet, no cars yet, so, of course environment is nice, but once occupied, I think it will change. I also don’t like the terrace and zero lot internal layout design, I think waste spaces and odd design. I did not view the bungalows, out of budget. If want to buy zero lot, I better buy JH superlink, more BU spacious.

    Did the developer got say waive MOT or not? If not, yes you have to pay. Need to pay Stamp duty for the transfer.

    Hi Lego. Thanks your info. Let see how long it need to take again. You also own a unit in TR? Last week i go on site to check the progress. I founded double storey main concrete rooftop got problem. Atmost every hse need to re-paint. This is not first time i saw the worker keep on re-paint. I suspect the water was accumulate on top. Do you observe?

    That day just have a look the site. I might difficult to pass key on next month. Sub contractor still doing the roof top touch up and still have other small stuff not yet touch up. Mmm… it may delay till August. Wonder how those first batch people who sign their S&P. Not sure got compensate if due date..?

    My friend last 2 day went to office. The remaining only left Bumi Lot. For terrace 22″x60″ build size already stop selling, office said will wait for key obtain and increase price. For terrace 20″x60 build size still have few units. Asking price is 528K. Last 2 month had sold 518 as a bumi lot units.

    As i knew HillPark facilities was better- low density about 250 unit at 40 acres area, privacy club house, gated guarded n green concept enviroment.

    Mine master room balcony contain a lot water after heavy rain. The hold was stuck.
    Besides, the hand working build not nice. I have total 40 items on defect. Hope it can be fix before I renovation.

    My close friend bought a unit here and has taken the loan from HLB. Just because he maintained his account with HL for long time he did not submit his loan application to other banks. The branch manager in ALma has mislead him that his loan is tough to get approved due to over commitments. The girl (manager) said she helped to approve the loan. My friend has given her few thousand. I am shocked. She approved the loan? Simply create thing to ask for monies…..

    This project seem very success. From last time RM300+ double storey terrace house, now sell at RM530++ . Garden look very nice, neat and clean. Those resident who purchased launching price must very happy. :-)

    Hi Kiki, living really feel safe, enjoy the greener garden and of course my children can play around at playground without any worries from strange people. Management still early to judge need to stay around 1 or 2 years. Currently, the maintenance and cleaning service work very well. So you interest to buy one? :-)
